CVS was 24 hours, but not now Jan 2024. They even have a lunch break, so make sure you check hours before heading over there.

This is one very poorly run pharmacy. I have been going there for years and they have been getting worse and worse. I have had the same prescription for 12 years and yet they still never keep it in stock. Common medications get delayed, they have a terrible phone system and when you finally get through to someone in the pharmacy, they are less than helpful and occasionally very rude about it as well. I advise everyone avoid this location.

Chaotic and disorganized. Try somewhere else.

They ripoff the customer and as a result people are being attracted to competitors

Just putting in a good review because I went in, had a good experience with the pharmacy, and left. The phone bot was not the best, once I spoke with staff it was an easy time and got what I needed. I didn't get a text when my prescription was ready, but that was nobody's fault because they had an old number; once we got that updated (which again was not a hassle), I'm set.

The medicine I needed was not in stock at this location. So, I was sent to a second CVS but when I got to the alternative location the medicine was not ready as the first location did not release it. So, I had to go back to the first one and they were on lunch break already. I instead went to Costco where they filled it under 15 minutes. Guess where I will fill my prescriptions going forward.I am not sure the staff at CVS couldn't care less though.

I recently switched my meds from CVS to Costco. This CVS would always fill my prescriptions without me asking, even though I was not on auto refill. I kept asking them not to auto refill, but they did it anyway. Can't follow instructions?? As for the Minute Clinic, they did a decent job on my 2 visits. The only negative I'll say, is that 80% of the time I was there they were filling out paperwork. What should have taken 10 minutes took 45.

I’m just so grateful to finally find a 24 hour pharmacy that is actually open! Thanks very much.

My husband suspected he had the flu, knowing that the sooner he could get diagnosed, the better the chance he would be able to started on Tamiflu. He went into the pharmacy at 6:45 PM. The woman at the entrance told him that he couldn't be seen because she had already shutdown her computer for the night. The clinic closed at 7. If you say you are open until 7, that should mean that you see patients until 7. On a positive note, they sent him to Patient first and he got amazing service, including getting his prescription right there. Will definitely consider Patient First over CVS minute clinic in the future.

A place to get the mile long receipts. It boggles my mind, to wonder how much these cost this company. Perhaps we the customers are eating it. This CVS like others, does do several things well. The store is clean, organized, and they rarely run out of items. That can happen quite often at competitors, and it's frustrating so if there's a deal, you'd be safer going here. For the most part OTC meds are priced decently, yet they generally are more expensive than Walgreens. They have a good selection on OTC medications, and they should be commended for it. The same goes for their soaps, body washes, and shampoos. If you shop carefully, they have occasionally great sales on toilet paper. I like the pharmacists at this location, and the employees are kind and helpful. Having the self check kiosks has saved time for everyone, and this is a good store, despite the parking situation it can be a community resource.

I was a call for 26 minutes, holding to speak with someone. First their was an automatic queue hold for about 5 minutes, then a representative picks up and says "could be on a hold for a moment?. I am not sure if moment has been redefined to be near eternity. Unreal. Just like the representative's time, our time is important as well. As basic courtesy Least one can do is let the customer know if it is going to a rather long wait, so the customer can decide if they want to hang on or call back. I did think of hanging a few times but then didn't want to go through it all over again. As I had waited so long I figured might as well wait a little bit more. I eventually gave up obviously. Here is the screenshot of the pharmacy number and the minutes. No wonder this location has so many negative reviews. I hope you show respect of other people's time just like you expect for yourselves.
