Run. Don't even come near it. They misplaced my doctor's order twice and said it is my fault because I already got the medicine from another place. After the pharmacist realized the mistake was on her side, she talked to me behind the cabinet without showing her face.

I've had so many problems with this CVS. It's literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They've screwed up prescriptions, service is horrible and I was just on hold for 2 hours and was hung up on several times before I could even talk to anyone. I just transferred elsewhere but DO NOT go here. It's truly awful

Possibly the worst CVS I've ever been to. They've given me the wrong prescription on multiple occasions. Filled prescriptions that are no longer active and then not given me the correct medication when asked. On top of that the staff is rude and they're way understaffed.

Arrived to the counter before completing the prescription through my clinic's link. Completed the link in line and had the prescription available immediately. Very quick response and exceptional hospitality

Worst service in Pharmacy Department. Very rude people literally ignoring my presence for 20 minutes even though they were making eye contact. No updates whatsoever. I would not recommend this place. AVOID at all cost.

If I could give 0 star I would. The pharmacy staff at this CVS location often has attitude and not helpful at all. Our doctor prescribed us a spacer for inhaler, it was defective. My husband went back and asked for replacement, CVS asked us to contact manufacturer. After an hour waiting on the phone for the manufacturer to respond, the manufacturer said CVS as retailer should replace for us. Called CVS again and the staff argued but finally agreed on replacing it. My husband went back to the store to get a replacement, the staff said he needed to bring the original spacer. Went back with the original spacer and then CVS sa8d they don't have a replacement ready. What a joke. This process had already taken a week and not yet resolved. Avoid this CVS location at all cost!

Is there a reason why all CVS's are so terrible? I honestly don't remember them being so gross, nasty, unhelpful, unfriendly and down right, awful! I have spent much of my work day going back and forth with the incompetent staff at several CVS's. So it's not just one of them. They are all awful.Long story short, I have been pulling teeth with the CVS in Centreville. They transferred a RX, then cancelled it, or didnt?? Just called the other one and they said they never received. I called and yelled at a manager and they said "sorry we're short staffed." Does short staffed mean you lack doing your job, lie to customers and have zero clue what you are doing.Summary - CVS needs to go. There are other pharmacies. Avoid at all cost. I'm never going back. They are terrible run down and they've had their run. Bye felicia!

very slow result in PCR covid test, it happened to my daughter (minor) that they failed to send me the result, so ai needed to call CS for 5 times with different person. And now I have not received the result that is already passed 24 hours meanwhile I need to have it as it requires for my international flight. The CS is sucks, only machine that take your DOB. Strongly suggest do not take the test here. Find somewhere else.

This pharmacy is horrible. They are way too busy and too understaffed. Waited in the drive through line for over 40 minutes to get a prescription - what is wrong with the people working here?? Ridiculous. Going inside isn't much better.

Lee high way cvs worst customer service they dont have any knowledge and they are in a business with pharmacy dealing with medicare and medicaid customers. I have magellan OTC card which a month back twice a time i used in this store with no problem today i went to this store bought some over counter items cashier says this card is not accepted here i told him i used this card here a month back but he said no we dont accept this card. Why cvs have so idiot employees who have no knowledge ?

I've had enough of this location and won't be going back. Once they turned me away twice saying they couldn't find my filled prescription and it turned out it was because they misspelled my name on the prescription. Another time they didn't tell me a critical medication was not in stock and didn't tell me it would take a few days to arrive. Another time I got a notice my photo print was ready. I went to pick it up later the following day. They couldn't find it but I could see my print sitting on the printer behind the counter. They had lost the ticket for it and then didn't want to honor the promo code I used online when I made the order.

I’ve been on hold for 45 mins… still waiting for someone to pick up. While I was on hold at some point, someone picked up the phone and they were talking bad about another customer and didn’t know I could hear. And then proceeded to put me on hold again without even talking to me…..

Expect to be put on hold for at least 20 minutes. Don't use them if you have other options.
