I’m writing to report an unpleasant experience I had at your pharmacy. During my recent visit, I interacted with one of your employees, whose name I believe is Zaraha. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and dismissive toward me, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
I value good customer service, especially in a pharmacy where professionalism and courtesy are so important. I hope this issue can be addressed appropriately so that other customers don’t have to go through a similar experience.

I am giving a one star to the pharmacy because there are mo zero stars. The pharmacist I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, wich is why I am switching to Walgreens...hope customer service will be more professional

My first time to visit this CVS to purchase one item. This CVS was clean and well-arranged/displayed on the shelves. Noticed that there is one and/or two self-checkout cashiers at CVS depending upon how big and busy its CVS gets at times.

Pharmacist R. Aziz was great! Very helpful and informative, letting us know how we could get a coupon from the manufacturer while getting the prescription transferred and filled.

The phone system is now designed to refuse pharmacy calls. You literally can't reach a pharmacist, period.

Even though the rapid antigen test is advertised to have results in a few hours, and the pharmacist at this location said the same, I still haven’t gotten my results almost a day later.
Also, calling this pharmacy is no use because no one among the staff answers the phone. For the last day or so it has gone to voicemail immediately, and I’ve called multiple times during normal business hours.

This is the WORST pharmacy and CVS. They are constantly out of items. The pharmacy is not helpful and I’ve had multiple instances where I arrive before their lunch hours waiting behind other customers and then they say they can’t help me because they are closed for lunch hours. I should not have to come back because of their slow service.

Went to 4 different cvs to get a passport picture for my baby and the lady in this location was hands down the best!! She helped us and was able to get the perfect picture of my baby and her customer service was amazing.

I transferred my prescriptions here because they have a drive-thru but that is only open half of the time. When it is operating it is a great service. I usually won't go in because the store is dark and not very organized. When waiting to pick up prescriptions inside they take forever and usually only have one system working. I have waiting for upwards for 30 minutes to get to my prescription because there were so many people there. It is a great location but not efficient.

Donttt go there for your safety and well being!!!!The worst pharmacy u can ever go they don't care about anyoneI went while they are in break they rejected to give my baby girl a medicine she was in pain and has a very painful virus and doctor said get the medicine as soon as possible they rejected to open for me and the lady said the register is closed , they are not humans the worst pharmacy you can ever think to go

Chronically understaffed. Long wait times at pharmacy, don't bother trying to call. Theyre especially rude when it's close to shutting down for "lunch" even if you're standing in line. Not helpful in finding refills, they told me a prescription of mine was in another State!Walgreens seems to have adequate staffing.

don't go here always out of stock on everything They harass you they won't stop staring at you. while you shop the whole cvs smells like straight up dog shit the old Indian lady in specific will look at you while shopping the whole time and will come up to you and tell you horrible things and they have the worst customer service and i just hated my experience there i will never be coming back there i don't want to be getting basically harassed by the lady she should honestly be fired
