Each time I go to CVS, it's a little worse. The pickup lines at the pharmacy are always lengthy. They have two cash registers. There used to be two people working them. For over a month, only one. Also, CVS has taken to locking up items - to reduce theft risk, one assumes. That's OK, but there should then be sufficient staff, who have the right keys, to unlock the locked boxes.

This CVS is so overworked they cannot be bothered with customers. So disorganized. Make you go from one register to another and back to another to pay. Told another pharmacy they didn't have time to help them when I transferred a prescription! Terrible experience.

Very professional and helpful. Was able to talk with a pharmacist almost immediately and they helped me determine the best medication for my symptoms. The medicine worked wonders and I was feeling better almost immediately! They were so kind throughout the whole process and helped me find everything I needed to get better quickly!

My family and me are clients from CVS 21 years. The last 11 years we live in the area or CVS Nutley Street. The team is very professional, kind in treat clients, supportive for needs. Mss. Aida (member of CVS team) is a great representative of what a Pharmacy must be, very king with any client, always with and smile, but more important an excellent professional ready to support clients in it needs. Thank you Mss. Aida to you and the team at CVS for your great services. We know our health is properly supported by a team of pharmacists who know your profession and motive coming to CVS services.Jose Mosquera and family.

This pharmacy and the pharmacists are trash. My mom was dying in hospice and they wouldn't refill prescriptions bc it was "too soon" to fill. When on hospice at the end of life the prescriptions change within hours. We went from as needed lorazepam .25 every 2 hours as needed to .25 every hour for terminal agitation. We needed more and when I went to refill it I was told it was too soon to fill. I called hospice and they called the pharmacist to fill the script. When I didn't get a text or hear back I went there and spoke to the pharmacist. He told me he did get a call from hospice and would be able to fill the script however they don't have any in stock. I lost my mind when I heard this. All I saw was red. Why not tell me that earlier in the day? It's not like they ran out they never had it In stick to begin with. They also wouldn't help in locating the liquid lorazepam in other locations. Who denies a dying patient this? After loosing my shit I left in tears! Hospice was able to locate the drug in the cvs pharmacy in Annandale. I drove there like a mad woman to get it before they closed. If you have a loved one going through hospice stay far far far away from cvs pharmacies. They are heartless animals and the scum of the earth and I hope every one that works there has to deal with someone like themselves when they have a loved one in hospice. During a time of great stress they could have taken a road of compassion but instead they added significantly to my stress. My mom passed within hours of me driving around northern Virginia trying to locate the medication she needed for end of life care.

Website: Covid vaccine walk-ins. Sign on front of store: Covid vaccine walk-ins Pharmacist clerk to me and my 89-year-old dad: "Boosters have to make appointments". No one waiting. No crowd. There is no medical or commercial reason for such a ridiculous policy. I took him next door to Safeway where they happily gave him the booster. Bye bye CVS - I won't be back.

Be very very careful and consider options prior to Covid vaccination HERE. It was an experience to say the least. Overworked, under staffed, bound to make mistakes, just be sure it is not YOU.......

Employees should be taught not to tell people that "this is not a f****** 24-hour cvs".

Cvs is the best. Pharmacy is amazing and extremely reliable with customer refills. Wonderful selection of seasonal goods and other everyday items that are essential to ones daily needs.
