On Sunday, October 13, 2024, I went to the pharmacy around 4:50 PM to pick up my refill, which was ready. I requested a 10-day supply, if possible. The gentleman working there said he would try. After a few moments, he returned and told me the store was about to close, and I should come back tomorrow to pick it up. I explained that I had no pills left and couldn’t wait until the next day, asking them to give me the full refill even though I didn’t need that much.
A female staff member, whose name I don’t know, then spoke to me very rudely, telling me that they were closing and I would have to return tomorrow. I again explained that I had no pills left and needed them that evening. Despite my explanation, she refused and told me to get my prescription elsewhere, before closing the store.
My concern is: how can pharmacy staff be so careless and unprofessional with such an important responsibility?

Literally the kindest pharmacists and assistants! They go out of their way to help and are always pleasant, despite looking like they are understaffed most of the time. Sometimes there is a wait, but it is only because they are taking care with each patient, I really wish folks would treat them more nicely and understand that being short staffed is out of their hands.

Awful experience at the pharmacy on 11/22. The female pharmacist who is tall with brown hair was unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. I have to question this person’s credentials because of how awful she was acting and how she was unable to answer basic questions about medication.

Went out of their way to get a prescription from the after hours on-call doctor that was never sent to them. Super helpful, friendly, and caring.

Cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy!! Pharmacists Connie & Alina are beyond amazing, personable, and knowledgeable! The rest of the pharmacy staff are professional and helpful. This store is a shining example of what you want your pharmacy to be. Great job!!

This pharmacy is night and day far and above any other pharmacy I’ve been to, the pharmacists are super friendly and do everything with a sense of care and urgency. They treat you like a patient, not a headache. :) THANKS LADIES!

One of the best around! Connie is amazing! The staff are quick and remember you if you’re a frequent customer. Any issues with insurance they take care of quickly. The team works very well and efficiently together. Received my monthly prescriptions for 3 years at this location but unfortunately I moved recently and I’m missing this pharmacy staff very much!
