Very unprofessional, never pickup the phone, keep calling but they always hangup. You can't rely on them for any question you might have for your prescription over the phone. Worst experience

I went to take passport size photo..The photo is really bad quality and they charged $17 for 2 poor quality photos.They still use 2004 digital cameras ..Too badI’m going to Walmart now ..

CVS pharmacy was doing ok. I was shorted a bottle and I was hoping for once they would take the blame. Sure enough the person said maybe I lost the bottle. No I didn't. So now I have to come out of my pocket and pay for their mistake......again. Double check/triple check your stuff before walking out. I started to trust them again and that was a mistake.

People are rude at this pharmacy. They sent me a text saying the medicine was ready when I went to pick it up they returned it back to the shelf when I asked why did I get a text. They made me wait purposely 15 minutes as a punishment because I dared to ask why? They were not busy. The medecine comes allready made just to add the label.I am a customer at this pharmacy since 1993, but definitely things have changed to the worth.

Apparently, the reviews for this CVS are polarized. However, my experience today prompted me to write this review. We've been experiencing terrible customer service at our local CVS, so we asked a doctor to call in a prescription here. The manager, Lauren, was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. After attempting to call our typical CVS and not getting through, she found a great solution that let us walk out with our prescription. Thank you!

I honestly don’t want to give any stars to this store. My mother went today to this CVS to make a purchase for me and I honestly can’t believe i had to find out an associate had treated her with such rudeness. I have done customer service for many years and there is a way to treat customers whether we like it or not. The way he looked at her the wrong way and denied my mother any assistance. My mother really doesn’t bother anyone. She likes to shop to CVS. But the associate Jay didn’t need to say unnecessary comments to her about her purchase. Which that’s all she was trying to do. At least the manager Diana was there to help her out. I hate hearing how some associates treat some customers bad when they don’t deserve it and to hear my mother upset doesn’t make me too happy. Jay needs to fix the attitude and keep his comments to himself at a work place or be more properly trained.

I was highly satisfied with the CVS Pharmacy service today, the team member helped me with my questions and drop off and pick up. I needed to get my prescription urgently, I was able to get in just a short period of time. Really thankful. I wish good health and wealth and happiness to the CVS Pharmacy leadership and all the team members.CVS Pharmacy is well organized, they are really bringing valuable service for people. I highly appreciate the CVS Pharmacy team’s work. Thank you so much.

Horrible and slow service. The morning shift nurse practitioner basically yelled at my 50 year old dad who was 30 minutes early to his appointment. He waited an hour and 15 minutes before speaking up about it and she yelled at him Infront of everybody on the 22nd of August. She had no shame, ethics, and morals. As for general hygiene of the place, it’s below standards for a pharmacy. I called to transfer my medication the pharmacist told me she had transferred it, when I reached the pharmacy to pick it up, my medication was no where to be found. Turns out, nobody transferred any medication what so ever. Save your time and efforts. Don’t come here

This is an awful CVS and pharmacy. The pharmacy staff refuse to help you 5 minutes before their lunch break. The employees. Ehind the counter are rude. Do not go here.

** WARNING ** I had my two kids for covid-19 vaccinations appointment at this CVS location where I have also done myself and kids here with Kaiser Plan for years and recently with my mom last night - I met by a rude African Lady as name herself as nurse practitioner with a white coat but nothingelse ( spoke to Catherine ( shift Manager ) later to find out her name is Wendy the same day I wrote the review -she did not bother to come and ask for name of the patient(s)-while waiting for 15 mins- 3 and 6 years old kids both were refused by her ( probably base on our skin color or whatever in her mind ) when we all were in her office showing her my children Kaiser membership cards she said because we have Kaiser we have to go to Kaiser when asking politely her name ( no name tag ) so I can clarify the reason where CVS has never been refusing to accept Kaiser plan or did she even work there -She said she will not provide - even asked her peer in the clinic saying ( if she is not providing to you - I'm not providing either ) something was not right and they acted very suspicious-this is the 1st time ever happened at CVS -the management team should investigate the matter because of her false action / misled decision putting this CVS & community in the bad position -I know for sure there is no reason why CVS refused Kaiser Plan since I had my mother Covid vaccination last night at CVS with Kaiser Plan also forgot to mention the Covid-19 vaccine is Free whether you have or you don't -she chose to refuse providing services to the community these are small kids who need vaccines mostly these days - Shame on you ! Put yourself on our shoes to see how you feel if those are your children-Again we have KP plan and not her job to determine either or with her action-not so sure if she is quaIified to vaccinate my children-but one thing is for sure I would NOT even trust to allow her putting the needles on my children ever -PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME- DONT COME HERE
