I love this location. It seems all employees from techs to pharmacists are trying their best to help us out..

The head pharmacist and everyone who works are always awesome - extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and so helpful in navigating the Accutane requirements system. Thank you!!

This is one of the best CVS pharmacies in the area. Many are busy and pharmacists do not seem to care but they do here. I’m always greeted and served in a timely manner. I am not thrilled they have to close completely midday for lunch - you’d think they could have a backup available for people to pick up meds but other than that I always send my scripts there.

Brooksye, the pharmacist goes well beyond to help out with questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable and takes her time with explaining

Brooksye the pharmacist is great. Beyond that I don't have much positive to say about this pharmacy since there was a huge staff turnover last year (I think it was last year). One pharmacist is just rude and dismissive.

Peter is awful. The other pharmacist was incredibly rude and dismissive. Do not use this pharmacy.

A prescription I've been getting filled here is fully covered. The last text I received said it cost almost $60. I called and lady who answered said claim was filed under "Caremark", that it's now listed as our primary insurance. Hmm. No idea what that is. She said she saw it was fully covered with our original insurance, and do I still have that. I said yes. She asked if we had secondary insurance. We did not. I asked if it could've been a mistake, she said not likely as insurance doesn't usually make mistakes. Huh. Why would the insurance co. put themselves in your system? Don't you all do that when you fill out order and request our insurance info? I asked what Caremark was, she said she did not know (important!). She said she'd render it inactive and put it through our original insurance. Fast forward, after hanging up, I check order again and see it's now fully covered, and place order to be delivered. But all through this, I'm attempting to ask her questions and she consistently tries speaks over me and dismisses my questions and tries to get off the phone. I finally got so frustrated I had to say "I have questions!". I googled Caremark - it is a CVS prescription insurance! How could she not know that? I get the feeling she knew but didn't want to say. A couple of hours later I get another text saying the order has been cancelled. Dread - I to have to call again! If it weren't for a thunderstorm, I'd drive there to have an in person chat, to let them know I'll be taking my business elsewhere....but instead I call... I get cut off the first time. I call again and get the same lady:/. I explain what happened. She immediately says there was a glitch for some reason and it didn't go through. That she'd put it through right now to make sure. It goes through, no problem. I ask what the glitch was - very rudely says, "I don't know, that's why I called it a glitch". It seems suspicious. It feels personal. She was so horrible to deal with, to the point of making me angry, so I hung up on her that first time. And suddenly my order is cancelled. What professional would just cancel order, before retrying again? Or calling to let me know what's happened. I asked her name this time, and asked if she was a pharmacist. Brooke. And she is a pharmacist!?! Shocker. Rude, condescending, doesn't know what she's doing, isn't aware who Caremark is, the company she is employed by, didn't know our insurance was still the same. Either that or she is an a****** who just messes with customers. Either way - I wouldn't want to deal with her again. Taking our business elsewhere. Bummer because the other employees are generally wonderful. But would not want to deal with someone so I professional again. Also, why is as Caremark suddenly listed as primary insurance? We didn't authorize that. I'm the last 3 months, between last prescription filled and this, I would remember if I had authorized that. I'll be interested to know if CVS did this, or was it employee error. Wonder if anyone had this issue.

Lines are too long. Wait more than 29 minutes in line to simply pick up a prescription. Has happened several times now.

I had the worst experience with the pharmacist at this CVS location inside of Target. All I know is her first name, Brooke. She discriminated against me because of the medication I'm prescribed. She then proceeded to talk terribly about me when she thought I had left. I have had great experiences here every single time, but there was always a different pharmacist. This was my first experience with "Brooke," and it was so degrading that I'll never go back in fear of ever have another encounter with this woman.

The pharmacists and staff here go above and beyond. Extremely polite and helpful. Meri actually called to inform me that I had left a coupon with her during checkout. She said she would put it in today’s outbound mail! Top notch customer service!

The drive through service provided at the pharmacy is terrible. The line is always slow even if there is one person in front of us and there has continuously been glitches in their computers for prescriptions my doctor has placed refills on. This pharmacy is also very expensive! I tried to buy some new nail polishes and buying only one was practically $5!

These pharmacists truly care. They have been caring for me and my family for years. They make sure with every new prescription, I am getting the best deal. They ask how I am doing and they genuinely want to know and have concern for me. They are a lovely group and I consider myself very lucky to to have them as my pharmacists. Very well informed and they are always there to answer every question we have, whether it is a silly small question or a big deal inquiry. Once again, I consider myself very lucky to have them as the family pharmacists!
