I drove 140mi to purchase my vehicle from this dealership.It had a few issues i bought up before purchasing it& they agreed to make the repairs i requested. They kept my vehicle for 10 days! They still didn’t complete the job ! I had to keep calling asking for updates, then i when go pick it up i was told they didn’t do they alignment! The manger Isreal told me if i get the alignment done send him the receipt & he will reimburse me. That was in late July & i still haven’t received my reimbursement!! Update, On October 6 i posted a review giving this establishment a 1 star. As you can see they asked me to contact them about this matter & i did. On October 7 i spoke with the owner Mike & he sent my reimbursement check i had to wait for over 2 months for. He was apologetic about it & wish he knew about it earlier. I decided to give this establishment a 3 star rating.

Yesterday we bought a car from DARCARS Pre-Owned Fairfax. Israel is a pleasure to work with so be sure to ask for him! The reason I cannot give this dealership 5 stars is because I am comparing it to the service I received at DARCARS Volvo (which is next door and has impeccable service). My main complaint is that the whole transaction took an excessive amount of time. I do understand that it was partially was due to a new salesperson being trained however it took us several hours. Overall, it was a good experience. I would consider buying another car from this dealership.

My daughter and I just purchased a Hyundai Sonata at DARCARS Pre-Owned Fairfax dealership. Mohamed and Israel were incredibly helpful, made the entire process smooth, stress free, and answered all our questions with patience. Thank you both, for your professionalism and great customer service!
Five stars from us with no question about it. Highly recommend their excellent service and great selection. Very trustworthy dealership.

Me and my wife visited last week after her car broke down. We went to our cars just to look at their inventory. Mohammed and Israel were very knowledgeable and supportive and helping my wife get into a Volkswagen atlas. She is very happy with the vehicle And they made the experience very easy for us!

I don’t even think there’s enough characters allowed to brag on how great my experience was with Fairfax DARCARS.The staff was super friendly & supportive in this process and the best part was I confidently found our family vehicle in 1day, with this being our FIRST stop because they are that great! I tried the shopping around thing and immediately returned & I mean literally took 20 minutes somewhere else then came running back. Our sales rep Mohamed warned me to be careful because I was going to love our vehicle & he was absolutely right, the whole family is obsessed!!!!
