I love this store and their helpful staff. We went in for the famous Bruce Bolts gloves for my son and they did not have any youth size on the rack and the sales person went and found some in the back in different sizes for my son and I truly appreciate that kind of rare customer service. This was done without me asking him or even knowing I can do that. So next time if you see something online but not in store...always ask them. They are nice to help. We ended up getting gloves and a baseball bat.

I ordered Kids' Soccer shoes, they sent me used shoes. Yes, of course, I can return the product, but is the only one in my son's size ?. They must put that kind of thing on sale or reduce, selling like new they steal people.

I had a unpleasant customer service experience I simply went in to purchase a new pair of wrestling shoes I paid 87.97 the customer service was awful I went in and looked for the selection for a moment then walked up to an employee because I wished to purpache a pair and I filled out a form on a iPad or something and waited several minutes what felt like hours in thr area while several employees were just wondering around the area although I respect the hustle get that bag

I wanted to take the time to bring recognition to Alli and Jean who were very kind and helpful with my purchase and helping me locate items during my visit. The girls were very lovely and and working very well together to ensure everything was running smoothly with the line and customers. I really enjoy shopping at Dicks, they have a wide collection of clothing and every time I'm there I feel like I need to start a new sport as a hobby. They have some mid-high range priced items and low as well. The store is nicely organized and it is so funny because you can ask any of the representatives there a question and no one has ever told me they don't know where something is haha. Thank you !

A large store with a big golf section. Four booths for trying clubs and a booth for lessons are available. The staff are friendly and I was greeted three times. You can find anything you need for sports and active living. The clothes for all of it are also here. Plenty of fishing gear, as well. It is in the mall, so there is plenty of parking when you arrive.

Waited an hour for shoes, watched 8 other customers walk about because of the wait. Finally get my shoes and make my way to the register lines, wait for my turn, get to the front in about 10-20 minutes because most customers end up leaving without their purchase.Finally get there and watch the associate line up my items perfectly as though they all had to be 100% ready. Then once he had them all perfect and had the bag adjusted to the optimal orientation, he started the register and asked for my phone number. I entered it and said “hey man there are like 30 people in line, we should like maybe step it up a bit”.He responded by saying “I can’t make the computer go any faster”.He could start with the computer and then line up items while waiting for me to enter my phone number… he could start scanning right away and let me enter the phone number while he is scanning. We don’t have to line up every item in perfect order and then start the order.How can a business stay profitable when 1/2 the customers leave angry?
