I have a short foot, but it's wide, which can be difficult to fit. This store has a wide selection of options. The pricing is decent too. I will be back.

I rarely ever come to this location because it’s just not in my area but I saw that the pair of shoes i wanted were here so i came to pick them up and the lady was super sweet. however the shoes didn’t fit so i wanted to make an exchange. I went to the general area of where the shoes were and were unable to find them. tried looking for employees to ask to help but couldn’t find them. Then i went to the front to ask her if i could make an exchange and that i couldn’t find the shoes. she asked me if i had checked. i said yes. she was alittle annoyed then went searching for them. she came back with them while scoffing and annoyed “are you sure you even checked? they were right there”. who talks to their customers like that? needs better attitude.

Got there 45 minutes before closing. Took 2 minutes to find what I needed then waited in line for 15 minutes (only 3 people ahead of me). One register open and the young lady was in no hurry at all. Next time ordering online and having it shipped.

I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at DSW at Fairlakes Shopping Center, especially as a Skechers enthusiast. This DSW stands out for its dedicated section to Skechers, making it a go-to for fans like me. The store's location is incredibly convenient, and while the staff can often be found behind the cashier, they're exceptionally helpful and friendly when you catch them. A great place for shoe shopping!

I felt rushed, was hovered over and when I was ready with a purchase staff laughed and said, oh were closed now. I dropped the shoes and walked out. I always love DSW but have NO desire to do that again.

Today I had the best customer service and attention to my husband's needs at the Fairlakes DSW thanks to ASM Justin. I had to ask the young man at the checkout for the name of Justin so that I could thank him personally. Justin answered my questions, showed me the correct fit, and all of these details without the feet of my husband. I anticipated this would be difficult, Justin delivered exactly what my husband required. Thank you so very much.
