Dyson Service Centers are here for expert help in person. The staff has great knowledgeable service with a smile. They quickly fixed vacuum problems pulsing filters and toys sucked into the machine. Repairs are fast easy and quick in about ten minutes. The staff explains what was wrong, register the product and helped clean the filter. They assess the problem over the phone, give an idea of repair cost and confirm the problem. Expertise and efficiency remind of a small mom and pop shop where employees care. They also sell Dyson equipment and making purchases easy. Highly recommend this good experience overall.
