There was an issue with our delivery on Valentine's Day which is obviously a very stressful and busy day for employees in places like Edible Arrangements. I wish I knew the name of the lady that was working at the counter when my daughter went in because she fixed the issue immediately and made sure my kid got the gift I ordered for her. Thank you so much!

I've been trying to call the store or customer service since 2/13 to discuss my order. They provided my wife for valentines day a moldy cheesecake and stale strawberries. Very disappointed.

Horrible.Ordered a 1 hour delivery gift platter at 8am. its now 3pm and still no delivery with the store giving me the runaround. Even if you call the main company number it sends you back to this store. Look at their reviews and stay away, wish i had looked first.

I ordered a gift for a friend’s anniversary and it arrived on their porch step with a torn wrapper. I contacted customer service and the only option I was given was a box of strawberries (half the price of the itemI ordered), no replacement or refund. I should’ve looked at the reviews beforehand, this place is has unhygienic practices and incredibly unprofessional.

I always have bad experiences with edible Arrangements.Last year around this time I went to the Rockville, md location. Arrived 30 mins before closing but doors were locked and all associates were gone for the evening.Fast forward to now, I’m currently sitting in my car typing this review. Website says 9-5pm, well it’s now 9:30 am and still doors are locked and no one here. Don’t waste your time with coming to the shop, just order and get your stuff delivered. As for me I will no longer support edible arrangements. Their lack of customer service and disregard to people’s time is something I will not deal with .

I thought this Edible Arrangements was great! I needed a last minute birthday gift and they honored the same day delivery which was my main concern. I ordered a birthday basket with a custom card and it came perfectly on time and it was really good!

Worse delivery experience ever. I do not suggest getting anything from here. I made my order A WEEK AHEAD & not only did they deliver to my partners office exactly 5 min before it was time for her to leave for the day(4:55), but also didn’t even have the grapes that came with the order. Extremely dissapointed in their delivery service and not even having food for an order that was made a week early. I will NOT be ordering from here again. Also the delivery guy tried getting sympathy for their poor delivery service from my partner. RIDICULOUS

Repeated needed only gluten free products which was assured everything was gluten free. Basically management and all workers had no idea about what gluten free meant, what ingredients are in products , etc. Buyer beware!May 2. Edible called and reimbursed for cookies, apologized, and has promised to train their staff. So changing stars and acknowledging their willingness to accept change.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Never had a good experience from this specific store. Latest order, they forgot almost the entire order order (at the store) and what I did receive was melted and warm like it was sitting out all day.

Extremely disappointed with this store. I ordered a fruit arrangement and had a bouquet of flowers as an add on. ONLY the fruit was delivered. I tried to call right after the delivery but no answer and the phone just kept repeating that the order was delivered. The order was delivered incomplete and there is no way to contact anyone to have them complete the delivery today. I did leave a message that I would like a refund for the items NOT DELIVERED but paid for. After reading past reviews I don’t have much hope for a response. It’s a very sad business practice when delivery is incomplete and you can not contact someone to have it corrected but you have already paid. I will certainly NOT order from this store again.

i placed an order for a delivery for someone at their job. they told me over the phone that it would be delivered by 12. the person never was able to receive the order because it was not delivered until 4pm. and the person got off at 2.

First and last time I’ll use edible arrangements for anything. Placed a Valentine’s Day surprise to be delivered to her at work. It was suppose to be a SURPRISE!! they asked for a phone number incase of delivery complications. (Which means they won’t call then number unless they are having problems, right??) nope. They called multiple times bugging her asking how long she’d be at work. Said multiple times they’d be there in 10 minutes starting at 1 pm. It didn’t get there until 4 1/2 hours later. ON TOP OF THAT, they didn’t have the stuffed animal I ordered or the balloon. Didn’t offer for a discount. Said they can deliver that stuff tomorrow. I agreed. Still no ballon today and no extra goodies like they promised yesterday on the phone. What a joke of a company.
