“Called them around 5:30 and repair person was at my house by 7 to replace my iphone screen that had stopped responding to touch and the work was done at a fair price, much less expensive than Apple wanted to charge. The repair took roughly 20 minutes and both service and communication was exceptional. I've saved their info in my contacts in the event that I need their services again. I would highly recommend.”

They are super friendly and helpful and were able to fix my screen easily and this time when I came in they could see that my son's phone was bent so it would not be repairable. Luckily I had the insurance through TMobile so they submitted the claim and we just had to call and get the replacement phone for free. I highly recommend them.”

When I called Jacob said he had one and I asked if they could hold it for me till my day off on Saturday and they did. When I got there Shakyra checked me in and said it would probably take two to three hours so I decided to go back home. Couldn't believe it when I got an email in about an hour that it was done. Very, very happy with their service! Recommend them highly! Be aware that if you get one of these notices from Google about your phone you need to check with the repair shop first to see if they have one and make an appointment!”
“When I arrived to pickup my online order, it was already loaded on a cart and ready to go. An associate brought the 8 batteries out to my car, loaded each one and another associate brought me my receipt at my car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. “I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.”

“As someone who used to buy and trade in games online with eStarland 20-ish years ago, it was kind of surreal to finally visit this store in person. I stopped by to picked an online order, but spent some time browsing their selection, which is pretty impressive. After waiting in the check-out line for a good 20+ minutes, I was finally able to check-out and pick up my order. Eric was incredibly helpful and patient, even as I asked random questions, asked for additional games, and refunded a game from my online order. The initial wait felt like a lot, as other reviewers mentioned, but after that experience, it was totally worth the wait. I hope I get to come back again in the future.”
