My car was sent for repair. I thought it would be repaired in a week, so I used CDW. But later I found out that it would take longer to repair my car. So I canceled CDW. The employee told me I could cancel at any time, and I only had 11 days in total. Then I canceled, but I received a bill for 25 days. Then contact customer service who needs management to handle it. Then no one answered me

I had to rent a car because I was in an accident and between the reservation set up by insurance and getting my car to the auto shop, Enterprise was very helpful! The people on Fairfax Blvd were always smiling when I walked in the door and were so kind with the whole process. The manager especially made everything super easy and I was able to get a rental car and clear instructions in a matter of minutes! Definitely will use them again if I ever need to!

Great experience at this location Fairfax-Old Lee HWY and Fairfax BLVD by Fairfax HS We had a reservation at another location and they did not have the car size we needed. This location was quick to respond, prompt in getting us a car, and on our way. Would use them again.

Been searching for a car rental company that exceeds expectations and this location has earned a 5 star rating with my recent experience. They had what I wanted at a good price and they wanted to not waste my time. In and out quickly and was inexpensively able to return at the airport site. Thank you for saving my trip!
