I’ve been going to Epiphany Pilates and working with Eurona for 2months now. Not only is she an amazing instructor, but my husband says he loves these changes too (the tightness lol?) When Eurona says “do that pelvic curl”, girl listen to her, you would thank her later.

I cannot say better things about Epiphany Pilates. I began taking the prenatal Pilates class at about 11 weeks pregnant. I continued taking the class through about my 34th week of pregnancy when the last summer session ended. I attribute much of the successful birth of my child to taking Pilates throughout. Labor didn’t go quite as anticipated and towards the end the baby was in distress and the only options were to get him out as quickly as possible or go for an emergency C-section. Luckily, I was able to get him out very quickly and my OB/GYN noted that I should thank my Pilates instructor because clearly I had built the strength needed to deliver him quickly and effectively, and avoid a C-section. I am so thankful for the class and the core and pelvic floor strength I was able to maintain throughout pregnancy, as well as the breathing techniques I was able to apply. Eurona is an AMAZING instructor and I can’t wait to go back for postnatal classes. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend giving Epiphany a shot! :)

I've been working with Pilates and Barre at Epiphany Pilates for over 3 years and have experienced tremendous improvement in my strength and fitness without injury. The studio philosophy dictates care that we follow good form to avoid injury, which I have not experienced at other fitness studios. Recently they have introduced Gyrotonics, which is based in yoga, but also uses equipment. After the very first session, I had almost complete relief of chronic upper arm muscle and shoulder pain, which persisted for a week. After 2 more sessions, my chronic (over 15 years duration) has diminished and some has been eliminated. Epiphany Pilates is the place to go for functional fitness, without fear of injury.

I recently moved to Fairfax, VA in July and found this place to start pilates. I was a beginner as this was the first time I had ever tried pilates and Eurona was so patient with me. She is the owner and lead instructor of epiphany pilates. She was so kind and explained things to me very well as I was learning. Not only did she help me physically but mentally. Additionally, I had no worries going into class during covid. All the equipment, etc was wiped down constantly and after each work out. I would highly recommend Epiphany Pilates!

This studio is fantastic and the owner, Eurona, is amazing. I had zero interest in pilates, but ended up here for a postnatal exercise class after having my second child, because there are so few postnatal workout options in this area. After a few sessions I was completely sold on pilates, and on Epiphany. It took me just a couple months of doing pilates 1-2x a week here to heal to the same level it had taken me *years* to achieve after having my first child. The core strength I've developed has also made it easier to chase after a toddler/pick him up constantly/lug a stroller/carry him around everywhere, etc. without resulting in sore muscles. Post COVID, Epiphany offers great Zoom classes, too. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good workout and a relaxed, nonjudgemental, supportive environment.

My wife really loves this place! Ms. Eurona is the best instructor. She is professional and kind. And it's safe to exercise in this studio thanks to lots of preparation to prevent Covid 19. Highly recommend :)

I have been a member at Epiphany Pilates for almost 3 years and I love this place! Eurona is one of the best pilates instructors, she is very knowledgeable and encouraging. All the instructors I’ve had there are very professional. I always get a great workout whether Iit’s the pilates class, suspension, or barre class. The place is clean and other members are always welcoming and friendly. You will not be disappointed here!

I went to Eurona for private sessions and she was wonderful in working with me and helping me with my distasis recti. She also offers a tailored class for this which I took with some other moms. I am sad we will be moving away from this studio because it is truly a peaceful environment!

I went to my first Pilates reformer class and took level 1 with Eurona, the owner. It was the best class I've ever taken (step, yoga, barre). I was there with another lady in her 1st trimester. The instructor was so patient and helpful. I knew absolutely nothing. I'm not fit at all. The last time I worked out was 2 back to back pregnancies ago. I am in love with the class. I felt so refreshed afterwards. I only felt minimal soreness the next day and more so energized. I worked my core and it didn't feel like I was going to die. This is a great class for those starting again, that might have joint issues. I didn't feel bored and secretly wish it was over soon. I didn't even look at the clock. I was completely engaged the whole time. As I said, the instructor was excellent and made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything in great detail. The class sizes are small. Yes, all reformer pilates classes are a bit pricey for the average working Joe, no matter what studio you go to. I did my research and rightfully so because the equipment is a few thousand dollars. This was a treat for myself to jump start a healthier lifestyle. I didn't realize I'd fall so much in love with it after one class. One to the cleanliness of the studio. This place is spotless. I mean Spotless! Not a single fingerprint. I love it! So, if you're in "snapback season" (Google it if you don't understand or find an urban friend to explain), this is the place for you. I'd say 2-3 times a week once your doctor says it's ok to exercise. It works on your core and posture, but, I personally feel like my pelvic wall was being strengthened too. I'll update after my 10 classes are over.

I really like coming here for Pilates! Eurona is professional and make sure students understand before it goes to next step. Membership is nice I can come whenever and the schedule is very flexible. I don't really like to work out but I'm excited to go to Pilates and my body has changed in better shape.
