Gustavo was the most helpful person I have dealt with in my experience of self storage units. He personally spent time to show me units and even took measurements of the hall ways and corners over the phone. Best customer service I’ve experienced in years!

Facilities are clean and well-kept (elevators/doors always functioning properly, roof not leaking, carts always available). Staff is accessible and responsive to inquiries/complaints. Monique in particular was very helpful. She followed up with me about a complaint and did a fantastic job addressing my concerns.

Monique was SO helpful on our visit! We are downsizing our 84 year old mom’s storage unit and she worked with us to get a better rate until we were able to move her into her smaller unit. We had some difficulty with our password (because our mom had not been there in 6 years) and she got us back up and working in no time! All with a SMILE on her face!! The units are very CLEAN and well kept up. Thank you!!

This is my second time using an Extra Space Storage and every time everyone has be super nice. It's easy to get a unit on your own through the website and the staff here are helpful and kind, especially Kelley! He was fantastic!

Cheyanne was super helpful on the phone getting me a new lock. Came in a couple hours later and she remembered me. Was super prompt with getting me a new lock for my unit. Great experience all around at this location.
