Boris was great throughout the entire process. Very straightforward and gave me a great price for my GT Forte! Compared to other dealerships I was looking at, no one gave me a clear answer and I spent hours on end there. Here was the total opposite! I absolutely love the car and the dealership experience, was in and out in less than an hour! Thank you so much Boris, will definitely be back to purchase another KIA in the future?

Wow, worst new car buying experience I have ever had. Here are the main highlights:
1.) First offer they put down in front of me was 26k out the door. After countless hours and back and forth with other dealerships, final number was 19k. Nothing changed from trade in or money down on original first offer, they literally just outright tried to suck 6k out of me on the outset. (Got pictures of both offers too for proof)
When I called out the manager on this he was dead pan faced the whole time and said, "You have to understand, we are a business."
To which I replied, "Ya, well that doesn't wave off the fact you all tried to screw me on this price less than 48 hours ago. If you think I believe you are looking out for me, you are nuts."
2.) When we finally did buy the car, they said it'd come with 2nd key. We ended up closing the deal late around 9pm and to my surprise, they said manager locked up the 2nd key before they left. Come back for second key tomorrow. No big.
My wife comes in next day, no second key. "It's lost." She was told. I called the guy I dealt with, left 4 messages on 4 separate days over a week. He never returned my call. Try again, agitated this time, and end up in a text chain with a different person.
I'm then told that no second key (to a brand new 2025 vehicle) or all weather mats that was promised was included in the contract...I was aghast. Keys these days run like 500$. This is a brand new car - would they have tried to skimp on 2nd key and mats had I not followed up? You betcha.
Anyways, I call back, and I get this young man on the line, and he starts texting me. Finally, he gets it figured out - he tells me he put the order in for mats/key to the head fella and he sends me receipt.
3.) I go back in once my key gets there and the original sales guy is there, "Yo man! How are you?!"
I couldn't bother to reply...got my 2nd key (finally 3 weeks later) and left.
Finance guy was a solid dude. Maintenance here has also been decent but good gracious, the sales department is predatory, gives 0 care for the customer post sale and will absolutely try to rob you on the outset, no question.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership for purchasing, at all cost. Dealers get 200$ish commission per sale and a bonus if they move 20+ a month. The whole operation is super predatory and Ourisman needs to either find different tactics for sales, pay their employees more, or both. The whole business seems like a racket, please please please do your research.
The great thing about freedom of speech is they can't make me take this review down and they can't stop you from reading it. This story is 100% true, don't make the same mistakes I did.
P.S. This was an ULTRA customer loss by Ourisman as I have 2 friends in the market for fully loaded EV9's. After I told them about my experience, they wrote off Ourisman entirely. Grats Ourisman of Fairfax. This story will be shared over all social media wherever I can post in order to help you improve your business practices and to protect the honest consumers that have been shafted by your current predatory operations.

I'm only giving this rating because of Ms. Showers and Mr. Wishnow these two have been instrumental in keeping me informed while my car was broken down there. I definitely recommend them.

Jessica has been my service advisor and I can’t thank you enough for your outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNDERSTANDING!!! Highly recommended. Jessica deserves TOP EMPLOYEE and/or EMPLOYEE of THE MONTH!! I believe I was told she is the Service Supervisor.
Unfortunately, I do have to say, I believe her name is ROCHELLE. She needs a little bit more training on her customer service. Please allow the CUSTOMER to speak and make sure you understand before speaking.

I bought my KIA Telluride in 2021 from this dealer. When I bought it, as part of the deal, it included free service for the life of the vehicle. Our agreement also included free road service and a couple of other perks. After Ourisman bought the dealership, they informed me that the guarantees only applied to the original owner of the dealership, and that just because they bought the dealership did not mean that they were going to honor the previous owner's guarantees. I question whether it is a good idea to do business with a car dealership that can tell you that they will not honor commitments made by a previous owner of the dealership. I don't think KIA would approve of one of their dealers behaving like this. In any case, YOU do not have to do business with them.

I recently moved to the area and visited Kia to check out a new car. Boris was the first to greet me and he showed me the cars i was interested in. He worked with my preference and tried hard to work around my likes and dislikes. I highly recommend this location and i know ill be back again.

The place could be better, but support from Eric (Navy Veteran) is incomparable. He is patient, kind, and will work with you even when you appear uninterested in purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend working with him.
