The incompetency and lack of concern/awareness of this place is unreal. I wouldn't go back for something as simple as an oil change. It's not as much an indication of the technicians as it is the supporting cast that probably does their technicians an injustice. Save yourself the frustration and find another Kia Service Center.

The team at Ourisman Kia of Fairfax are wonderful to work with. Marvin worked hard to get me a great deal and fair price on my trade. Brandon the sales manager was also great. Freak accident after owning my K5 with the sun visor, my fault, and he worked with me to resolve the issue. Overall great experience highly recommend to anyone looking a Kia.

This review goes out to the service department to include the service manager as well. (I didn’t get his name)The waiting area was clean & comfortable with refreshments. Everyone provided top notch service. This is my 1st time getting my vehicle serviced for my A/C. I have interacted with Andres and he really went the extra mile to ensure that my questions and concerns were addressed. I have taken my vehicle to multiple places to include another Kia dealership and I was told that the A/C was ok, which I knew it wasn’t. Andres identified the issue and figured it out that it needed to be replaced. He also took the time to go over some features in the vehicle that I wasn't aware of. I noticed him interacting with other guest and he is welcoming, approachable & showed empathy for everyone. Ourisman Kia is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. They are fast, organized and communicate thoroughly about the service that was provided. I will definitely return again for future service and will pass the word for other Kia drivers that Ourisman Kia is the placed to get there vehicle service done.One more thing that I forgot to mention is that scheduling an appointment is fast & easy and they don't keep you on a long hold like other places do.

Purchased a used vehicle from out of state. They claim they do out of state sales all the time. I doubt that is anywhere close to true. It took them 6 weeks to get me my plate. I had to send a strongly worded message about not having the title sent to my financial institution. I paid all kinds of money in registration fees, processing fees, title tax, filing fees and I still owe the DMV. Never in my entire life have I ever heard of such thing where the dealership didn't cover all the DMV fees. They clearly don't have enough experience with out of state purchases. They should know what they have to cover and how to calculate it in advance. Terrible dealership that really needs some leadership and processes instead of lying and making it up as they go. My advice if you are considering this dealership is to find another place to shop.

UPDATE:After my posting I was asked by Ourisman to contact them by email (see below). I emailed the address given asking for a copy of the most recent inspection of the vehicle I purchased so that I may complete my comprehensive claim (my insurance company was requiring this). Long story short, Ourisman has been contacted by phone and email multiple times by myself AND my insurance company, but to no avail. The entire situation makes me wonder if they even inspect the used vehicles they purchase. Steer clear of this dealership people.Used Buyer Beware. My son is heading off to school this fall and I wanted to get him a reliable used vehicle. He found a Kia K5 online at Ourisman that he really liked. Long story short, we made the 2+ hour drive, paid cash for the vehicle and started home. During the drive my son noticed a “dragging” sound underneath the vehicle, so he pulled over (I drove behind him). The undercarriage shield had detached from the front bumper and rolled up underneath the car. There was no other visible damage to the car. None. No scratches, marks, dents etc.,. When I called the dealership the next morning (they had closed for the night at the time of our discovery) I explained what happened and said I thought there may have been a missing rivet or one detached from the shield and it could’ve torn away on our drive home. The sales manger told me there was “no way” something like that was missed during their inspection because “it just doesn’t happen” with certified pre-owned vehicles. I asked if they’d be willing to take a look at it to see if they could help in any way because nothing had been hit and we had only owned the car < 2 hours. He said I could bring it in, they would have a look and possibly give us some rivets to help reconnect the undercarriage shield to the bumper. I explained that wouldn’t be possible because it had torn and been dragged on the interstate. He then offered to mail us some rivets. By that point I was displeased to say the least. I thanked him for his time as they didn’t seem as though they were willing to accept any responsibility or offer any real assistance. I hung up the phone, called my insurance agent and filed a comprehensive claim on a vehicle I bought the day before. Needless to say, I won’t be returning and do not recommend this dealership.

Honestly, it wasn’t my intention to purchase a Kia vehicle at first. However, after my salesman Boris went out and beyond to explore every option, was knowledgeable, TRANSPARENT, professional, and just in general a cool person… I ended up purchasing one. My experience here was outstanding. Very quick detailed oriented and even considerate. They provided me a snack and drink out of courtesy for the lengthy process buying a car takes. To add, they had a digital contract kind of thing and that was so cool to see! I suggest you go here! They are awesome! Will def buy from here again whether a Kia or any other car. Thanks Boris and Steve. I actually love my new car.

We purchased a used Toy Camry XLE hybrid. Ours salesman Carlos Mendez was super helpful and accommodating, low pressure sale.There was a hiccup with the VA inspection that could have been a deal breaker but Howard (finance director) and most importantly Xavier Martinez in the service department promptly and effectively worked out the issues so that our new toy was back on the road with us in Maryland. Oursman comped the car rental while our car was getting the service needed to pass the VA and MD inspection! Xavier and his manager took really great care of us.Oursman Kia of Fairfax is a prudent and responsible business. Thanks to you all that made this purchase a good story!Richard G

Ourisman Fairfax Kia works like a well-oiled machine; each step of the buying process went effortlessly. Everyone at this dealership was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nick from sales made learning about my car exciting. Howard in finance ensured everything was explained in detail and was very thorough. Horrible place to try to purchase a car. This place is a mess inside and out. They have a revolving door of salesmen there who know nothing about the cars. The latest one kept asking me what my "budget" was. I told him the new car make and trim I wanted but he kept asking me. My budget isn't his business and I told him so. I want to buy a Kia but will go to Maryland to purchase it. I don't even want to service it here when I do purchase and this location is only one mile away from where I live. On top of all that they are wanting 3-5 thousand dollars over the sticker price. I was told if I ordered one they still wanted the over the sticker price. Shame on them taking advantage of people.
