Fairfax Storage is a secure, clean, and well-maintained facility with a great location. Customers are very happy with the unit sizes and cost. The staff is consistently described as friendly, professional, incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. They provide great customer service, answering all questions with total confidence, clarity, and patience, which makes transitions and the overall experience feel smooth. The app and emails communicate everything clearly. The facility is highly recommended, especially for international students. A minor note is that some customers wish the gate access stayed open later than 9:00 p.m.
