Could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I worked with Miriam and she made it pleasurable, with her great sense of humor and her responsiveness both at the dealership and leading up to my purchase via email. Everyone at the dealer was great, but Miriam made the sale. Would absolutely buy another car from her and Fairfax Volvo!

Went for a simple oil change service for my XC60, they just did not bother to put the Engine Cover back on. Only came to know during my next oil change at another service dealer. How will the customers know about any missing parts that are underneath/inside the vehicle? It's been more than 3 weeks I complained about it, the technician said they will call me back and nothing so far. They need to be more careful and at least honor the customer complaints.

Stopped by to order a few small parts that were not worth shipping. I headed to the back and was greeted by an indifferent employee who just looked at me. I asked him if the parts counter was back there. He said "they're closed". OK then. "What time do they reopen?" "I don't know. We're having some staffing issues."I never imagined I could not walk into a dealer for a brand and not order parts. I'll go elsewhere.

I had to take my car to Fairfax Volvo four times before they contacted Volvo support in California to figure out the problem. It is now been at the dealership for over one week and I still do not have my car back. Horrible customer service. You're never able to reach anyone because they do not answer the phone. My advisor was Sonny, and although I supposedly have his direct number, he does not answer the phone. If you finally do reach someone, they are unable to help you and tell you they will call you back, and you never receive a return phone call. I have asked for the service manager, and I highly doubt there is one, because they always make an excuse as to why he is not there. I've left my name and number numerous times, asking him to call me, and never have received a return call. I would suggest avoiding this dealership as much as possible.

We purchased a 2024 Volvo XC60 and highly recommend this dealership. We appreciate the excellent service we received from Dexter Watts, Sales Consultant. He answered all of our questions and ensured us that he is always there to provide further assistance if needed. Overall a great experience!

You can see the timeline of events below. After having experience with two other Volvo Dealerships since we have owned our C70 I was truly appalled at how things were handled within your Service Department. The lack of communication, engagement, kindness, care and competency is a slight to the Volvo brand and expectations of Volvo owners.I am writing to make you aware of this information and letting it serve as documentation of my concerns and the utter lack of concern the majority of your staff seems to have with customer satisfaction. I will be informing Volvo Corporate of this experience as well as the Better Business Bureau. Of course I will share this on various Social Media platforms and intend to engage with the State Corporation Commission to ensure that ownership is aware of how their business is being operated.I am sincerely grateful that our first experience with your establishment was so bad to ensure that we will never return and will count myself lucky that I live in a place with multiple Volvo dealerships so hopefully I can remain a loyal customer to the brand. Because after our experience today, I would not buy a Volvo if I had to work with your dealership.With the utmost seriousness,Jonathan R. Heesch--Not enough room for the timeline sadly and ultimately we were able to get our money back from the part that was supposedly ordered "and once ordered we can't cancel it and give you your money back." Magically the next week we were contacted that the part was on back order and our money will be returned.Regardless, I warn you to NOT DO BUSINESS with this dealership, I know I never will again.--In response to your response...I did e-mail the "careteam" and the only response received was multiple, form emails from your sales manager wanting to see if my sales representative supported all of my car buying needs. ***BEWARE: POOR SERVICE ALERT***Very poor experience at Fairfax Volvo for our S60 service. Started from the moment we entered the place. My bad that I did not read other reviews before considering them for service.Several indicators proved that no service or very poor service was performed on the car.The minute we left the service center, the Washer Fluid indicator started popping up on the screen. Why should it? Washer Fluid is an essential part of the service provided (or better to say, not provided).Second, the TPMS sensor started blinking one our way back home. Really!!! checking tires pressure and washer fluid are the top things to be serviced.When I called back to report these issues, no one picked the call for several days, as if they screened the calls. Could finally get a hold of someone from service only after 2 weeks and they blatantly refused to acknowledge their shortcomings.Will never use their services again.

Very positive experience buying my pre-owned Volvo. After inquiry, I received a quick response. My sales rep knew all the details on the test drive. The deal was fair and the people went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for me.

My review pertains to the horrific "service" provided by Sonny (service advisor), Michael (service director), (Logan Gregory) General Manager, and the technician who worked on my Volvo.To start, I recommend NOT going to Fairfax Volvo for service, and if you select to go, request not to have Sonny as your service advisor. I have never written a bad review about any dealership over the last three decades I have owned a vehicle- that should speak volumes about how horrible my experience was. As another reviewer stated, you will leave the service department with work not done as promised and charged for and incur additional problems while in their possession. Do as you desire, but I am providing you with sound advice based on my and other individuals' experiences (read service reviews).They deserve ZERO stars (unfortunately, a star has to be selected to leave a review).Long story short, I took my vehicle in for wiring issues. I paid for specific services, and they did not do as I was charged. Not only were service items not done, but additional damages were incurred while in their possession. I received my car back with additional problems, and they did not even put things back correctly - screws were missing, and covers were not placed back correctly. They even left a work tool in the engine area. I cannot stress enough that they caused damage to my vehicle and will not take accountability. Instead, Michael spoke to me extremely unprofessionally, stating that he would not be micromanaged when I asked to have a different technician and service advisor. When I said I would follow up with GM and Volvo corporate office, he said he would call my job. I left numerous messages to have the GM call me but have not received a callback. He did not even contact me after putting in a case with the Volvo Corp office. I spent a lot of money to get my vehicle fixed, and instead, I received my vehicle back with more damages and was treated with such a lack of professionalism and disrespect. The severity level of this case warrants reporting with the Better Business Bureau, the DMV dealer Licensing Department, Customer Affairs, civil court action, etc. They are laws in place, ethical and legal, that forbid the Fairfax Volvo employees to cause damages to my vehicle and charge for services they never performed.

Probably the worst Volvo dealership around. Leased a vehicle and every step of the way they were not transparent with the pricing. Vehicle ended up coming with a bent rotor that the service department refused to replace. Service director suggested I go to Volvo goodwill for a free repair. Very professional. Fast forward two years it is impossible to schedule a service appointment. No one ever picks up the phone in the service department and the sales department keeps taking my number for no one to ever call back. Great job!

Unless you don't mind leaving your car for service for ten hours don't bother getting it from Rosenthal Fairfax Volvo. The worst part is when you call no one picks up the phone. When you finally get someone everyone has gone for the evening but someone will call you in the morning. If you call the Volvo USA they just give you another run around. My next car will definitely not be a Volvo.Update:It has been 24 hours and I still do not have my car. They are keeping my car for a third day with no communication. Don't ever buy a Volvo it is not worth the nonsense you go through to get it serviced.
