To call a store to get an answer since my package they claim is heavy simply can’t get an answer before walking there

Had my item boxed up and labeled already when I came to drop it off. It was easy enough to do since I was in the area so good experience. If you come without the FedEx label, they may not be able to print it so keep that in mind.

They have an area where you drop your shipment which is outside the counter. Feel like trusting your $600 phone that you're returning to an open area where anybody can grab it? No thanks. I wasted my time driving here Do better. Have the area behind the counter with employees where you leave off your boxes.
