They charged me additionally the same amount as I paid after sending, although I weighed the parcel in front of them. For the other parcel, the weight did not change when purchasing the label on eBay, but they did not count it down. They are just deceiving people. I have always used USPS before, and will continue to do so in the future. One of the parcels has been in transit for 8 days already, this is my anti-record, I am already waiting for a message and a bad review from a client dissatisfied with the speed of delivery.They also constantly behave disrespectfully, turning away from you during a conversation and walking away from you when you are standing at the counter.I hope they all get fired because such employees harm Fedex’s business and its reputation.

Don’t waste your money! Use a different shipping company! They messed up my order and cost me over $150. They told me it would arrive in 3 days. That was a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived! Never again will I use FedEx!!!

Hi! Had an extremely pleasant experience at this location, I believe the employee that helped me step by step on the printer his name was John…he was very knowledgeable helping me going out of his way to chat as well. They are the best Federal Express print shop in the nation. Not just with regard to competitors. But I have tried to get things done at other Federal Express centers and they can't do it. This regional center just East of the City of Fairfax are highly professional and highly capable. THey can do Supreme Court briefs, court briefs, anything. They know what they are doing.

Had a terrible experience here while shipping a laptop to my friend. I informed the lady who was working there that my friend had already paid for the service and that I only needed to provide the account number. However, the lady responded with an upset tone and told me that I had to pay regardless of what my friend had said. I was certain that she was wrong but I did not say anything. I waited until she checked the account. She checked something on the computer, then she printed the receipt and took my computer inside.I called her to ask if I needed to pay anything, and she sounded very unhappy as she informed me that the receipt had already been printed (on her printer), which meant that I didn't need to pay. Throughout the entire process, the lady remained very unhappy and upset, while I was very polite. I have no idea what I did to upset her. I recall that she had been very cheerful when talking to another customer just before me. This makes me wonder whether she was being racist towards me because I'm Asian, as I can't think of anything that I did to make her upset in that way.

I won't use any store but this one ever again!! My neighbor needed an urgent overnight shipment of the wrist bands for Disney World that she'd forgotten to pack before leaving on 12/23 to drive to Orlando. 3 little kids would be hugely disappointed if they didn't arrive tomorrow. I have a key to her house so went over, found the box with the bands and took them to the FedEx store at Fair City Mall. The team members Barbara and Harminder went WAY above and beyond to help. First, Barbara repacked the Express box when we discovered it hadn't sealed smoothly and there was a gap on the side. "This has important contents in it," she said, and got another box. Then, Harminder recommended I take a photo of the contents so my neighbor could show the Disney bands if the package didn't arrive (the major storm across the country possibly impacting the shipment). So we opened the box again, I took the photo, and they helped repack a second time. It was a good thing I took the photo, because when I sent it to my neighbor after getting home, she realized I only had 2 of the 7 Disney bands - she hadn't been clear when she sent me to her house that there were others. I called the store and Barbara pulled the package. Returning an hour later with the other 5 bands, she and Harminder had a new box ready to go, reprinted the label, and helped me repack again. Talk about customer service! They clearly love helping customers and want everything to go well. I am astounded at the professionalism, and my neighbor, driving down to Orlando, can't say enough about how this is saving their family's vacation. Bravo to the whole team, and thanks!!

Had a package held here while on vacation. When I went to pick up my package, I was almost unable to pick it up since the name on the package was that of my husband, not mine (ordered from our shared account). I was harassed by the staff who wanted me to get my husband and advised me to make sure my name was on packages for pick up despite FedEx website stating we just need the same final address on the ID. In addition, I added this package to my FedEx account so the package would be associated with my name. I do not live near this FedEx but only so many stores keep vacation holds. If I had not been able to get this package after being harassed, then I would have wasted over 2 hours making the trip twice. Now I know that I might get turned down by FedEx for package pickups if I use a shared account with my husband and vice versa.
