Friendly, helpful, and quick. Just popped in quickly to pick up a package we'd requested they hold rather than leave on our porch. They let us use their cart to move our heavy package out to our car, too.

Mark went above and beyond helping me ship a return package — he waited patiently printing my label and offered to tape up my package for me. I have had other FedEx stores decline to tape my packages; they have told me I need to buy tape. Thank you, Mark!

1 hybrid golf shaft in the box. I weighted 1.5 lb. Created a 2lb shipping label. I got charged for the adjustment later. 1 golf shaft shouldn't weight more than 2 lb. It only happens at this shipping center.

Mark, the store manager, is amazing. I had a very very challenging project i needed to complete and he worked with me for two entire days trying to make it possible and AFFORDABLE! Truly so thankful for his kindness and customer service. Best employee of all of FedEx!!!!!!!

Everyone here is always very friendly and kind whenever I’ve had to drop off packages or pick up a print order. Once I had multiple heavy items from IKEA to pickup and they offered to help me bring them to the car. Today I had my toddler with me and they gave him a small piece of bubble wrap to play with, it was so nice!

Last week, I had a rush print and binding book job for an important last minute meeting. My husband went to the FedEx at 10661 Braddock in Fairfax and he met Mark, the store manager who was extremely professional and allayed our concerns about timing. Before we had arrived, he had even printed out the documents and only waited for us to select our binding design preference. He was incredibly cool under pressure and delivered for us in such a timely fashion. Very grateful to Mark and his efforts that early morning. Thank you, Mark!

They were a life saver. I had to overnight a laptop to a friend who forgot it while on a trip. The person at this office was extremely friendly and patient the entire time. We took about 30 mins of his time. He talked me through my options, helped me figure out what was the cheapest and fastest. And then when he realized it was a laptop he told us we could use the laptop-specific shipping option which saved us about $100. This was during the busy holiday season. I had a really positive experience!! They just earned a loyal customer.

Used this FedEx Office to ship some document on 10/6/23 and I paid the shipping cost in store using my credit card. However, FedEx keeps sending me the same invoice even after I mailed back my receipt to show I had indeed paid the invoice. I had to pay the invoice again on FedEx website and dispute my previous credit card transaction for the same invoice. Will not use FedEx ever again.

The staff is good. For printing, though - one warning. Please please please make your printing order online and just pick it up in the store. I had a little trouble with the website one day, so I decided to just get it done in-person. 60 flyers cost me $111. Later that week I wanted to print more and they’d told me it would cost less online. It was WAY less. This time, 500 postcards cost me $110. Less than printing 60 of the same ones in-person!!! Quality was the same, it’s just due to their partnership with Canva for the online orders. But it’s freaky what a huge cost difference it makes.

I asked to have a pdf file printed and I was told there was a $50 rush fee to print it the same day. I was the only customer in the store.Update: I went to UPS store and they printed the file and laminated the flyer and the total bill for both was less than $5. FedEx did you know your employees are turning away business with $50 rush fee because they don’t want to be bothered?
