My nephew was stuck at the Aberdeen rest stop for almost 7 hours waiting on another bus to come because their bus broke down. When a new bus arrived, he had to stand on the bus for over an hour to Philadelphia, that is when he was able to get a seat because other passengers got off. Horrible

This was the original store in my area (for years before they started popping up everywhere). They did move their location in the shopping center a few years ago though. I have shopped there since it opened (many years)...well more like almost a year after it had opened because I heard so much about it. After they closed and reopened after the pandemic, after inflation, etc... The quality of everything seems to have gone down and prices have gone up. But working in retail... That's pretty much everything. Also like most companies that are just starting out, they begin with amazing deals. I remember getting 5 star notebooks with folders and accessories that cost over 20 dollars on sale anywhere else, and an adidas gym bag that retails on Amazon today... Because I wanted another; the exact one I got for 5 dollars: the cheapest I could find on Amazon was around 20 dollars before tax. Some things like those chunky EVA sandals are still half as cheap as anything I have found and purchased on Amazon. The cheapest pair I ordered from Amazon or could find online was 9.99 before tax. So some things are less than half the price and an amazing deal. I got some better quality slides than the ones from Amazon and Fila directly when they had a sale and I got some slides that were way too tight on clearance for more than the 5 Below ones. Although it is harder to find deals on anything, 5 Below is still pretty awesome and a lot of fun to shop. My only gripe with them is the same as the Dollar Tree. They are false advertising. Neither store has corrected their name. It should be 25 Below. Also, like the dollar tree (which should be the dollar twenty five tree and above since some of them have items much higher): Five Below tends to not mark or some things are unclear as to their actual price. You just have to be careful and compare prices as with anything. But if you want a pair of chunky slides you can actually try on...I haven't found a better deal, and I've looked for years. Also, I am a bit of a paper hoarder, so I probably have 12 punch cards from when they used to give a free product when they were full...too bad I can't redeem them anymore.

I love this store and I am always shopping there, the staffs are great, welcoming, but the manager always having an attitude. Not only me many of my friends have been there and always having problem with her. If you ask for something she never come to show it to you and she always tell u or it should be somewhere there. Always having and attitude. This is the only issue we have with this store and I hope someone take action to fix this problem because she will loose customers like me.Some of their prices are over priced too.

Excellent store for cool gadgets and T-shirts for kids. The employees are friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and wheelchair friendly.
