I came into this store on 8/7 to shop and I really felt the need to share my experience because it was far from perfect. The lady working in the evening was by far the most rude and unpleasant employee I have ever met at any of the stores Ive been to in the area. Customers were coming in at 7:40 pm and greeted with “hi, you have 20 minutes.” I get it, you’re closing but being so rude and unwelcoming when there are still 20 minutes is really uncalled for.. and on top of that, using it as a greeting. A girl asked to use the fitting room and was told “ok, but you have a little over 20 minutes.” As soon as I left that store, I went straight to the one in Tysons (they close an hr later). The girls working there were incredible and treated everyone wonderfully, just like any other employee Ive interacted with in the past. Save your time and energy and just go to that location. At least you wont have to deal with rude employees rushing you out.

Went to return the clothing bought yesterday! Returning as it was not fitting.The associate Gabriella was so rude!“She asks if there was no trial room for you to try? “Our response was , no I bought for my friend and it did not fit her!“Next time take her to shop , it’s a lot of money so we can save all this trouble!”I’m Taken aback with that statement from an associate who’s job is to take the customers request and process it.

Terrible attitude by Gabrielle. Not sure why she still works here, let alone in a retail/service industry because she has no CS skills - doesn't say hello, say thank you, & combative when you question something when she cannot logically explain the reasons for asking for additional things from the customer. Saw 1st hand how she handled a return from a customer who brought an online receipt but still kept asking for several things before processing the return. Poor customer.

I love to shop at francesca’s but the lady who works there is so rude and she’s always grumpy at all customers this is not acceptable and she’s the only one in the store. You guys need to be hiring people who can handle this job better

I went there last week and not only do they not follow covid social distancing precautions, they also have fitting rooms open. Imagine purchasing an item from here that someone who could’ve been exposed to covid tried on just before you bought it. Disgusting
