Very friendly and able to answer my questions. Decent selection of games for modern systems with fair to average prices. Games a quite a number of years old were around $6 to $10 while newer games were still full price, around $60.

Walked in the staff just look at you, very rude and did not receive help. Got to the counter and all the staff just stare and talk.

Typically very helpful staff. Not at this GameStop. Place was not busy. Two customers were there when I walked in. No greeting when I walked in. The two customers were giving Skylar a hard time about a return. I was looking for a few items. I waited for them to leave as I walked around the store. Another customer walked in and Skylar immediately help him out. I continued to walk around as another employee walked in and Skylar began to chat with the employee as they were clocking in and Skylar was bringing them on what needs to be done for inventory tomorrow. I just waited at the counter for a hot minute before the employee looked at me and asked if I was ready. I hadn't even been helped out I said. Skylar sheepishly through her teeth said sorry. The employee said yeah I'm clocking in. Then just stared at me. I walked out. Never coming back here to this store. Maybe not even any GameStop again. GameStops have been slipping for awhile now.

My experience with this place was fair. Staff are not the best, yet the issue was that I have never found anything I looked for at that store, especially the nintendo switch things.They don't offer repair services, but they buy your broken device at a very cheap price

Worst customer service, the store in Burke,With 4 boys we always did business with this location however the last time the clerk didn’t want to honor their own advertisement and while he was speaking to someone on the phone, he told him that the A..h…,doesn’t want to understand, he couldn’t have been referring to someone else, no one else in the store, and then after I paid and left the store, he calledAnd wanted me to come back because he scanned the wrong box !

Shop elsewhere. They've lost my business for good. I was told I could return something if need be, when I purchased it. Walked in the next day to do the return. Apparently decided not to accept the return. I said fine, I'll take my business elsewhere, then the employees began laughing at me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Gamestop obviously has low standards for who they hire. If they worked for me, I'd fire them in a heart beat. Goodbye Gamestop.

In my opinion, that's not where the store is, the guys and Manager Jhonatan are one of the best, they always offer you and help you choose the best game you can think of, thank you GameStop for having people with such excellent customer service!!!
