As a guest who was in the store when it happened I just want to say the lady who gave a one star review talking about Brie and Nigel was completely wrong. They had to call the police on her because she physically assaulted Nigel because she bought the wrong digital card and was upset that they couldn’t return it after she used it. She was demanding that the store manager come in on a day that she was not working when she was in another state in order to handle the situation which the manager told her multiple times she could not do. And she could come on a day she was working her personal time she could not be there for the store at the moment. They offered her many solutions such as calling customer support and themselves, as they explain, there’s no way to refund digital currency in their system. As a former employee, I can confirm this. She physically assaulted the employee, walked behind the counter, and screamed in his face multiple times causing a huge scene in the store. Nigel and Brie both handled this very professionally. I am a regular shopper of this Gamestop and will continue to be one with them.

Friendly employees and good stock of items. As most games are digital now, not sure how long the company will be in business. I read there are closing hundreds of stores nationwide to save money. Even with that, I still like to browse the items in the store.

Absolute lousy place for pre-orders. On multiple occasions they either don't call to let you know a game is in, or they do call and give incorrect information on when to pick up, they give away the game before the 48 hour time frame, or say there were not enough copies shipped, and also never have enough pre-order swag that's supposed to come with the game (then have the gall to tell me to call customer service cause they will ship the pre-order bonus - which apparentlyis also a lie). It's as if every time that I order a deluxe or collector of something or something with a bonus, somehow it disappears by the time I make a wasted trip there. Ive been shopping there for a few years now, but never again.

The store manager Bri is rude and her staff Nigel was incompetent. Worst game stop I have ever been too. The district manager Eric should train staff and hire employee that want to work and know their job! Waste of time and money! The store manager literally said she did not have time to call cuatomwr service for her employee incompetence and sharing of false information because she was at a personal event and did not have time to "sit on the phone" this is purposterous and should not be occurring, if this establishment has staffing issues then hire more staff how is that the customers fault the store has limited and incompetent staff?
I will definitely be filing a corporate complaint!

This GAME STOP IS FRAUD I BOUGHT 2 games yesterday and when I got home and opened my games there were only 1 game and other one was missing and then I called them next day because it was late they refuse to do anything about it and one cd I did get didn’t even work and guy was so rude save your company and stop going to game stop and buy them from somewhere else GAME STOP IS FRAUID STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY I would give this place 0 stars and the guy who worked at the game stop was chubby white guy this store needs to get shut down they harasse you

The store is run by a guy name Tom, and managed by a lady named Bree (I probably spelled that wrong). They are kind, know their gaming stuff, and generally good people. I only shop at this game some!

Great place for gamers like me. Recently purchased an Xbox series s and it was great I just asked that I wanted to purchase the series s and they said that they have some in stock. So they just got it out. I payed and am happy with my new console. Soon, I'll be trading in some switch games to buy an Xbox rechargeable battery pack.
