The worst scheduling experience! After holding for 15 minutes, the person who picked up could not spell the last name and hung up. Very frustrating. Hire people who can spell!

From our check in to being called in to the back was literally like 10 minutes and from the time we arrived to the room and the Dr coming in was 2 minutes. Umm can you get better timing than that. The Dr was amazing. Very attentive and explained everything well to my aunt who was the patient. I was translating. She was patient with me while I explained everything to her. We didn’t feel rushed like some Dr’s try to do. Thank you Gastro Health for an amazing experience.

Gastro health is the worst GI group in Northern VA in terms of Billing and they charge you more than it should.Once they charged me for an office visit when it was only a phone call communication with PA and after disputes they still charged me for $237.00 for 4 minutes of a phone call.I don’t go to them for sure.

2 months has passed from endoscopy and I am having pain. I met a different Dr than mine who added to my medicine . After taking the new medicine my pain subsided for two days and back again. I have been trying to reach my own dr. They can give me an appointment in 2 months ! Left a massage for on call doc during holidays. Never got a call! Basically if you suffer no one address it. But if you need a procedure, you get to see them fast! So disappointed . Where is medicine accountability and morality!

I switched to another practice last August 2023 because I could not get appointments without going in person to the office and speaking with the scheduler. Today, I received a bill saying that my account has been turned over to a collections agency. It was the first notice of any amount owed and could not have been incurred after Spring 2023. After the practice was sold last spring, the standards dropped significantly. Avoid at all costs. Elizabeth Hellmann

If I could give this a negative 10 stars I would. I scheduled and confirmed (with email receipt) a colonoscopy, did the 2 day prep THAT THE DR SENT TO THE PHARMACY, and upon showing up to my appointment they told me it had been cancelled and didn’t know why. That is absolutely unacceptable and EXTREMELY frustrating after going through 2 days of prep. Will be escalating this at a higher level as this is not a way to treat patients and also an extreme liability to be providing colon prep cleansing without the intent of actually performing a colonoscopy.
