If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I needed a home visit to fix my monitor connection and was told that Kam would come next day - a Sunday. I mentioned to Richard that they had scheduled this visit for a Sunday and he acknowledged it, no problem. Sunday came and no Kam. No call, no text. I waited an hour and no Kam. I'm so disappointed by this. Bad bad customer service, Geek ABC.

Responsive and professional. Technician (Cam) came to my home, assessed the problem, took the PC to his offices where the repairs were performed. Returned to my home with the repaired PC and made sure it was up and running before he left.

The solid state drive (SSD) in my 18-month old, top-of-the-line Dell laptop crapped out and couldn't load the Windows OS on boot (\\\"hard drive not found\\\"). Oh boy. Since Dell's warranty was worthless, I chose this place to fix it based on reviews and the friendliness of the techs. They diagnosed for free, called with the issues, replaced the SSD with a top-rated brand and re-installed the OS in about two days. When I got the laptop back, it was almost like nothing had ever happened. I had to reload a few items, but other than that, they did an excellent job. Now I just need to get my data off the old drive. They don't do data recovery, but that's a specialty task. Clean shop, great hours, friendly staff and knowledgeable techs willing to listen.

They recently replaced my hard drive and did a great job. It was completed in a couple of days and the price was reasonable.

It costed $69 to pick up and delivery, but they didn't figure out problem on my laptop and same problem keeps occurring now. They were even late for delivery service. They didn't inform me that they were going to be late to deliver back until I called them and they don't know how to say SORRY for the lateness and made excuses. The worst service ever.

Laid back workshop.. no rush, calm atmosphere.. i bet my laptop felt like being at the SPA for a week it was staying there. :). A technician called as promised with diagnostics and when the repair was done. Thank you! Job well done.

Allen at Geek ABC was nothing but great. I brought my two year-old Dell laptop in that was no longer under warranty. Dell wanted $40 for me to send it back just for diagnostics, in addition to repair costs. Allen immediately looked at it for free. He determined that it was the motherboard of the laptop. This would've been a very expensive fix. I decided not to repair the laptop and instead buy a new one. Allen did not charge me for the diagnostic assessment. He is very professional, proficient, communicative, and honest. I appreciate his customer service and will definitely utilize this business again for all my computer repairs. Please call or visit them immediately! They won't rip you off.

Replaced motherboard in my laptop a couple years ago, because it was not booting. Ultimately had to replace the power supply, but still charged for the motherboard. Willing to live with it, until the plastic tab in one of the USB ports snapped earlier this year. That port was barely used, and broke off rather easily. Was probably about a year after the repair, but "warranty" is 90 days. Not at all happy with this.

The folks at Geek ABC Fairfax are amazing. I used their services few years back to repair a laptop and again few weeks back for another laptop. Both times, the service was absolutely amazing. I was given the diagnostics fairly quickly, and was not pressured into doing any kind of service that was not absolutely necessary. The folks were also helpful in providing tips and suggestions with the laptop. I believe I can trust the guys at Geek ABC fully with any future PC repair tasks and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I needed to switch my complicated email package to gmail, with four different devices and systems in two different locations - and had NO idea how to tackle it. The team of Kam and Ricardo were simply wonderful - it took two in home visits, and one remote session to help with a device physically located in Texas, but I'm now up and running. They are patient, knowledgable and creative. They are now my go-to resource for this kind of support, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. GREAT job!

I went in to check on my PC. Asked for the diagnosis to see what the problem with the computer was (Paid $60 for customized PC). I didn't get any notice for 3 days, so I called to check on them. They said they will call me back within an hour, which they did. Good until then.
