About Rally House George Mason University - George Mason University Official Bookstore
George Mason University Official Bookstore offers a wide selection of items, including popular sweatshirts, with quick delivery and good product fit. The staff are generally friendly and dedicated to helping students, with some employees going out of their way to assist and provide useful information. During busy times like move-in day, the cashiers work hard to keep lines moving, though staffing issues may affect availability and stock levels. Customer service is attentive and committed to student satisfaction, with staff demonstrating a willingness to resolve issues. However, some staff at certain times appeared tired or less enthusiastic, answering questions with limited knowledge. Overall, the store's helpful staff and variety of products make it a reliable place for students and visitors.
Its a typical university campus book store. They sell university merchandise- caps, tees, sweatshirts, notebooks, totes, bottles, magnets, pennant and more; knick-knacks and of course regular things that a bookstore has. They sell textbooks, both new and used. Always a good feel walking around there.
