I travel frequently and have visited numerous GNC's. The one in Fairfax is my favorite. Great staff, great product selection and many great deals on the clearance shelves. Damion is the best. Recently, I was purchasing some supplements and, while he was ringing up my order, he realized that there was a special on the product. He asked me if he wanted an additional product for free. I can't say enough about the great customer service.

Great store, the manager is super knowledgeable and helpful. Even recommended to me other stores and brands. Excellent and cares for the customers needs rather than just trying to sell.

Dominic the manager was extremely helpful and knew his knowledge about the products and the ingredients as well. Helped me save a lot of money and made sure he knew what I was getting so I didn’t go to the gym disappointed.

Great customer service and awesome management. I have been there four or five times now and each time the manager or the customer rep has been extremely helpful and courteous. They took their time to explain the products and gave me customized service! Awesome store!

Staff was very helpful and patient. Store was clean, organized and well stocked. I was looking for a specific item and was educated about more items. Manager in particular was great. Will definitely be back.

The door was unlocked, and the employee in the back room had a loud, obviously personal conversation for well over 15 mins (I know because that's how long I stood waiting to be helped). There was a sign on the door that was handwritten, saying he was out (obviously not the case). How on earth is this store still open?

Worst employee (John) horrible attitude. Asked him about some products and he said “google it”I said I did not want the membership and he still added it. Will pursue this with corporate and legally if I have to. To be continued..

On multiple occasions, the store has not been open in the morning when the sign on the door indicates it should be. I’ve also tried calling to check the availability of an item (per instructions from the website) but they don’t answer…

11: 30AM two Saturdays before Christmas and this place is closed. I should have looked at the Google reviews before coming out here. The store hours online show open but parentally this is the norm at this GNC.

Few days in a row where the store is closed due to ‘bank run’ or it’s just close for no reason. Liked the location that’s why I drive a bit out of the way to get here but guess things changed past year.
