Our door had trouble locking. The towels were interspersed with dirty ones. Otherwise clean and a great location. The employees were stellar and helpful.

Very nice hotel easy access to the university and surrounding amenities. Check in was a breeze. Without having to speak to anyone at the front desk we were able to go straight to our room. We have stayed here a few times and will return again. Thanks for an easy stay.
Safety: No safety concerns that we had on our trip. Parking was plentiful and generally safe locations
Walkability: Some restaurants close by within a few minutes walk.

I like Hilton/Hampton when traveling. The location was great for me. Predictably comfortable one night stay. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful if needed.
Best thing I can offer... The breakfast was THE BEST free hotel breakfast I have ever encountered. Food was fresh, choices plentiful, and there was a woman running the little buffet, treating you like a guest in her home. I've grabbed 100's of quick breakfast in hotels. This one stand out!

Management needs major customer service training. Manager (Frankie) was very unprofessional. One of his employees gave me misinformation. Instead of saying “I’m sorry for the misinformation, let me see what I can do,” he follows my husband outside and threatens to “ knock him out” my husband is 6’5 and 250lbs so he is aware that he has a threatening stature. My husband had his hands up throughout this verbal altercation to emphasize that he had no violent intent towards Frankie. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to fix this issue civilly Frankie was incapable of handling the matter professionally. I’m incredibly unsatisfied with the management at this hotel and hope that nobody has to go through an experience as traumatic as I have had to go through today.

I was surprised to find out that there was an additional $75 pet fee. My room was over $175 before the fee. It would have been nice to learn about this when I called and booked the room. I understand the need for hotels to take precautions but the fee is excessive especially since my dog didn’t cause any damage.
When I questioned it at the desk I was told all hotels have that fee however I had just spent several nights at other Hampton Inns that only charged $25. I person at the front desk was a bit argumentative.
Other than the pet fee the room was a bit noisy and was just average. The overall charge was too much for the value. I only stay at Hampton Inns. This one was not equivalent to others I stay at.

You should be realistic with a pet charge $75. Is a money grab.
