Never been a huge fan of the Longhorns in my area. Close to the hotel in Fairfax, VA so decided to try it. EXCELLENT! Wings were hot and delicious. Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. Service was exceptional. Definitely will return. Great job !

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the floral department at Harris Teeter in Fairfax Va and was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Sandra, the floral department manager. I was looking for a special bouquet, and Sandra went above and beyond to make my day truly special.
From the moment I approached her, Sandra was warm and welcoming. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made thoughtful suggestions to enhance my vision.

Selection of grocery items and pricing are OK. I believe there are many better options available in Fairfax.

Prices are high, selection is poor, my shopper card wasn't working and the employee working self check out was unfriendly and just skipped on the rewards card when I asked for help. She didn't even say a word to me.

You want to get a $20 bill in cash back when you check out? Harris Teeter now wants to charge you 3.75% to do that. Unacceptable.

Negative: Watch out for the racist cashier named UMMAY at Pender Harris Teeter. She will make sure your HT shopping experience will be a miserable one. What a great customer service. Does she even know she herself is a foreigner? How about stop being a lazy employee micromanaging customers, and open up a register? You are a cashier. Do your job. Like scan stuff instead of closing the only register on a busiest shopping day, standing 1 foot away from customers, and watching like a creep.Positive: Meat and Deli department employees are wonderful.

It is a nice store but if you need to go through the self checkout for a few things and you include alcohol you are going to be waiting g for a long time.

Recently, visited Eastern Market Pl., Plaza, in Chantilly, Virginia the store was clean and well stocked. Self-service cashiers assistant was very helpful and courteous.

Dec. 04th, 2023It was my 1st time going 2 this store, and I thought the rule was the customer is always right;I had 2 go there 2 get cheese for my boyfriend. However, when it came 2 check out, I had 2 ask some1, cuz I couldn't find the express check out lines cuz they don't exactly advertise it in the store, so some1 like me who hardly goes there had 2 ask where they were. The lady that helped me had an adittude with me just cuz I asked if some1 could check me out or tell me where the express lanes were, then she talked down 2 me as if I was technology challenged. As if I never seen a check out system b4 or have ever used 1, then my card wouldn't work cuz the system sucked so I had 2 cancel a few times, then the same lady came over asked if I needed help and finally my card went through so obviously I didn't need help but she tried anyways, and then the recipe was printing and said don't forget ur receipt I said yeah I know thanks though. I can't believe the experience I had with her all over a simple question. I asked where the self check out lanes were or if some1 could check me out..that doesn't mean I'm technology challenged there's a difference I didn't need the help with that. Whatever I'd like 2 say I'm never going here again but that seems 2 b the only Haris teeter that's close 2 where I live unless I go by the 1 my boyfriend lives near.

The best place for quick grocery shopping. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had a very good experience with the pharmacy section as well. This store is very clean. Always stocked with fresh groceries. I always prefer to go there for quick and fresh day to day groceries. Parking is always available.
