“I SO love this place! It has absolutely everything that you could want in terms of organic or healthful items. The store is so well stocked, you could just wander around all day. I particularly like all the freshly made items. Of course, they are literally always packed full of customers, so come prepared to navigate through the aisles. Speaking of aisles, I don't think it's possible for the space between the two checkout aisles to be any narrower. You will literally be bumping your bum against the person in the next checkout line when you go to pay for your things. I would say space is at a premium, but that is an understatement. There is absolutely NO space there!
The rotisserie schedule that they cook on remains a mystery to me. Sometimes they have chicken out- sometimes they don't. That's the best I can say. According to them, there actually IS a preparation schedule. Whether or not they actually follow it could be the real question. If you happen to come in on one of those down times when there are no chickens out, You will be facing a 40 to 50 minute wait for one to become available. Not something that's pleasant to hear. They have also removed the Amazon pickup lockers from the front of the store, (where they were more convenient for the customers with their later pick up times), placed them inside of the store, and manned them with actual live employee's thus requiring the need to change the closing pickup time to approximately 3 hours earlier. This is most definitely NOT beneficial for the customer. The lockers also open later than they did before, as well. It was explained to me that there are other benefits... ? I have now moved my Amazon locker, (as a Prime member who shops quite a bit), because I need the flexibility that the lockers at Whole Foods now lack, so....
Bottom line: The merchandise here is supreme. You definitely can find items that you really can't find at Harris Teeter or Giant or even Wegmans, especially if you're vegan. However, I often feel that the store could work on things to make the overall shopping experience better for the customer. Thus, the reason for four stars versus five; the total package is important.”

“One of my favorite grocery stores in NOVA. They always have fresh produce, meats, dairy products, etc.they unfortunately do not have the largest inventory, due to their small size, but everything is always stocked, organized, and accessable. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.”
