This location is closest to my house when in need of home improvement supplies.
Like any other day I came to pick-up an item that was placed online. Waited in-line like any other time i am in there. There happens to be 3-4 so called customer service employees working. The one girl who was assisting me for my order definitely does not have any customer service education.
I gave her my order number, she didn’t even say anything and just left the counter. Literally left the counter to go look at something. Comes back to look at the screen, picks up the phone to call whom ever, (still at this point didn’t say anything to me.). I waited about 10mins without any information on what is going on. I approached her and asked what is going on, why they don't have my item ready?! (Got a notification, item ready for pick-up.). She then tells me there was a mix-up. They had to pull it down from the upper shelf. I asked her how much longer?! She said about 5 more mins.
I patiently waited from the time I was first asked for order name, till the time I canceled and left, that was well over 30mins.
I will never recommend anyone to waste their valuable time and hard earning money at this location. They will have you standing there like no respect for your time and money spent. Go figure it’s got low ratings.

Store map not accurate. Nothing is where it says it is online. All employees on cell phone and lady in garden center on call to Afghanistan. No want wants to help you find anything. Some employees looked stoned. Avoid this home depot at all costs.

As th we employees keep pointing out to me, this is one of the smallest in the area. Nevertheless, I always find what I need there. The employees are really helpful and friendly.

Ordered a dishwasher that broke 14 months later (2 months after the warranty expired). Just ordered a new one. Both times the delivery employees tried very hard to get out of installing the dishwasher. The latter time, they succeeded. I’m skeptical of the products here but I’ll never pay for installation from this place again. Never worth it.

I was saddened that once again no one was available to assist me with ordering new cabinets and countertops for my kitchen reno. I was actually told by the design rep that she was going on vacation and I should take my business to a different store. The rudest representative I've ever encountered at this location. Said that she deserves a vacation and no one else can assist me. No further assistance other than it was not her problem. Who tells a customer to take $20k to a different store. Seriously? Anywhoo.. that's exactly what I intend to do for my cabinets.
