home depot sold me a defective GE Range. The cord to the range was miswired.Upon first use, it sparked, caused electrical smoke and malfunctioned. Home depot customer service was useless. They blamed deliver company which it could not name and noted its policy that an appliance could not be returned after 48 hours. I had only used for first time after 40 hours. Product damaged my electrical system, almost caused a fire, shocked me, and does not work properly. Home DEPOT products are dangerous, and it does not back up its product in any way.

The worst customer service today. I shop here almost every weekend. Three people worked at the service desk, but no one picked up my order despite no one being in line. I came to pick up my online order, and it wasn't ready, so I went to pick it up myself and came to the service desk to release my order. I was ignored for at least 5 minutes until I said something. The lady said I was in the return line, not online pickup. She walked away from me. She was blinded and ignorant. Only pictures can tell the story.

Apparently it's home depot's policy to allow people to solicit contractors and customers in the parking lot that are trying to shop at the store. I wonder what happens when one of these solicitors gets run over by accident. Personally I think the fault falls directly on home Depotcustomers that are coming to the sto seere to purchase things

Terrible service here. Have been here several times and had issues. The first came when I ordered paint online and picked it up only to find that they gave me white, unblended paint. I had to pay for an extra hour of my painter's time while we went to the store and tried to sort the mistake out. No one apologized. Just now I tried to make a $325 return for extra materials I bought earlier this week (note I bought extra based on Home Depot's own calculations of the amount I would need, which was wrong). I provided an online receipt but my return was denied. The return slip they handed me indicated that I had not provided a receipt. I tried to ask customer service why it said that and they had no explanation and were unable to offer help. They didn't listen at all as I tried to convey that the information on the receipt was not matching with the information they had provided. Several others were also having trouble getting returns while we were there. I will say that most of them were pleasant to talk to but their refusal to acknowledge the discrepancy between their own narrative and what was provided on the return slip was concerning. I am now stuck with $325 worth of extra material and no recourse.I'll also note that when they delivered the materials earlier this week they only delivered half and we had to call and track down the rest which were accidentally delivered elsewhere. Just total incompetence.

We were shopping for a small poinsettia. The Home Depot in Mosaic sold out of them, but the Circle store had a good selection of different sizes, also found a white orchid with 4 flowering stems. The poinsettia was a good price at $6.99. It took 10 minutes to get in and out of the store. We should shop there more often, instead of going to Mosaic first.

Have mixed feelings about this home depot. Usually, I have very helpful people in home depots but this one isn't the greatest. I went to the rentals, and one of the guys was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, unfortunately, I was stuck with the other guy who could not physically care less about his job. Watched me struggle, said almost nothing when I asked a question, said I had to hook up the trailer, which I've always had someone do it for me. If that's the policy, I think it should be changed because the customers don't always know how to hook things up properly. I had to go get multiple different things and it ended up not working out. Luckily the first guy ended up helping me after I struggled with the other one. He seemed to care about his job, and it was refreshing to see. The other one should not be in the customer service business if you're not going to help the customer!

I wanted to share my terrible experience with you today. Today I went there to buy a piece of plexiglass and after about 15 minutes of checking and sending between the employees, I was able to find my order and it was $39 in the price section when I go to cashier they said it was $179 I told them that this piece is a part of a big piece, which should be different from the big piece after being crushed, but everyone left me to someone else when I asked to speak with the manager. An unprofessional person came and told me to take me there to see the price. When I took it there, he rudely said it was a mistake. I said it was a lie, not a mistake. You are a liar and unprofessional person, and even dealing You don't know the customers either. I don't know with what records they are hired. I am very sorry for the franchise owner of this branch.
