My 500 square foot family room carpet installation on 15 July 2024 was outstanding in every way! Christian and Maurice/Morris? were experienced, polished professionals with the old carpet/pad removal and new pad/carpet transition--meticulous clean up, too!
They were courteous, informative, and highly skilled with our many flooring power outlets, heat/A/C registers and step-down CUT-OUTS, and the required seam sealing for this large area remains absolutely invisible! They take pride in their work! I highly recommend Home Depot Fairfax for a pleasant carpet purchase experience from start to finish--no glitches! Thrilled!

I recently visited Home Depot, store 4601, and had an exceptional customer service experience with Jose Romero-Gonzalez. He was an incredible help from start to finish. Jose assisted me in setting up a pro account and obtaining a Home Depot credit card. Throughout the process, he was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. Jose went above and beyond by helping me determine which products I needed and locating them within the store. Throughout the entire process, Jose was a joy to work with, making a potentially stressful day much easier.
Thank you so much, Jose, for all your help and kindness. Your outstanding service is greatly appreciated.

I recently visited this HomeDepot location and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. I needed assistance with accessing a cage since many items are understandably secured due to theft incidents at this location. However, despite the increased security measures, there seemed to be a lack of staff available to help customers promptly. I waited for nearly an hour before ultimately deciding to leave without the help I needed. This experience has led me to believe that this particular HomeDepot may not be the best use of your time. I would recommend exploring other options like Lowes, where you might find better customer service and accessibility to products.

The staff was very rude when I was trying to return project spares. I ended up going to the one near mosaic and the staff over there helped returned everything. They were much nice and professional.

They didn't want to use a forklift to load me 20 bags of 80 lbs concrete.
I paid for it and had to tell them to make a return because they sent me to pick them up and push the whole 1600 pounds

Let me tell you guys about Eric in Plumbing at this location. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. On Saturday, June 1st, I went into Home Depot on a mission. My $1,500 fiberglass balloon arch pole had broken, and I needed to build an arch that could get the job done for an event with 2,500 attendees the following day. I met Eric, who walked me through all the aisles needed to solve my project. He was my go-to guy, literally hands-on, showing me how to get the job done. He went above and beyond; he was passionately helpful and a problem-solver, resolving any obstacles we encountered while configuring my 30 FT long balloon arch. For example, he helped figure out the best material to use for the poles and configured the base to keep the pole upright, considering its vast length. The anxiety I had about figuring everything out on short notice was alleviated by Eric. He was reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and positive. Hands down, the best customer service I have ever received. Eric never asked me for a review although it was well deserved. Eric, you are appreciated!

I went to this home depot to look for a faucet replacement for my bathroom sink and I asked many people to help me find it, unfortunately no one could find the right one. However, Emmanuel was such a big help and was able to find the right one for me!
