These plants were in the garbage (as they looked like they were dying, but as a gardener I knew they just needed water and food). I also mentioned I am a Kindergarten teacher, buying supplies for a school garden, so I asked if I could just take them and try to revive them. "No, you can't", then took them back and threw them in the trash. Home Depot prides themselves in not wasting and recycling but then does this. Why throw them out? How about donate them to local schools or churches. Disappointed. (Not the employees fault)

Do not get your appliances at Home Depot. They send out appliances that have been packed damaged and do not want to exchange them or help you out. I received a dishwasher that had no damage to the outside box or the packaging and the door and inside were bent and they insisted I had to go through GE the manufacturer. GE service inspected it and found it had been damaged inside and the whole unit needs to be replaced. I'll never shop at Home Depot again. You pay good money and they don't want to do the right thing.

Tell corporate that I will change this to 5 stars once they start taking apple pay. Also watch out for your car in this parking lot the spaces are tight, and people are not that carful. Just go to the upper level.

Rob was incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time showing me exactly what I needed for my home improvement project. He is a retired electrician and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this store because of his customer service and knowledge.

If you need anything for plumbing or gardening or any other kind of household needs, Home Depot's probably got it. We recently had to pay a plumber $400 to unclog our sink when we could have bought a tool for $40 at Home Depot. Ugh

Yes, this is a Home Depot. Yes they have material you’d expect to find at a hardware store. Do they have a happy customer? No. Parking spaces taken up by carts, inventory was a mess, ladder stairs and carts blocking isles all throughout the store. I was bumping into people who couldn’t find employees to assist them lol. I’m sure some of the employees are trying hard but I dislike coming here.

The kids workshop is very disappointing. We signed up for our kids two weeks before and they both have been looking forward to it. Despite the cold weather and rain, we still arrived at 11 o'clock. To our surprise, we were told it has done and no kits have been available! It says online it will end on 12 noon. But it closed earlier without any kits available for us. What is the meaning to sign up in advance? Why do you say it will last until noon one hour earlier? It's up to you when the event will close, but if you set a ending time, you should follow it. Cause we customer will count on it. If you don't have enough kits, it is ok. You can give it to those who sign up for the events. But you can't ask people to sign up and then close earlier without any kit set aside for those signing up for this event. This is not acceptable.

Have noticed recently that many things are not in stock, and what is on the shelves can be damaged. Was there a few days ago looking for an elbow duct, for example, and the one on the shelf had holes from sheet metal screws -- it had clearly been installed by a previous customer and then returned. Many of the employees seem to avoid eye or verbal contact... though they are generally helpful once you get their attention. However if it's not in stock and I have to order it, what incentive do I have to use Home Depot instead of Amazon?
