Per the owner's suggestion, I had brought it in and they did not help nor provide me a refund
I had an absolutely terrible experience with iFixandRepair at the Fair Oaks Walmart, and I strongly advise against doing business with them. I took my phone in for a screen replacement as I was in a hurry, heading out for vacation the next day. They told me it would take 30 minutes, but when I returned, they said they didn’t have the screen and had to get it from another shop. Even though it was only a couple of miles away, it took an additional 45 minutes due to rain.
I finally got my phone back and also bought a screen protector. However, the touch sensitivity was off, and the screen was hard to see through, especially when wearing glasses. The next day, I noticed the screen jumping and flickering, and within no time, I couldn’t see anything at all. Being on a cruise with no access to repair services, I was devastated to lose the first two days of vacation photos with my kids.
When I returned, I went back to the store to claim the warranty. Instead of offering assistance, they immediately became defensive, accusing me of dropping the phone, which I hadn’t. Then they claimed the phone had water damage, even though they initially assured me the phone was water-resistant. When I pointed this out, they completely contradicted their earlier statements. They agreed it was under warranty but said they would have to send it off, and if they found anything wrong, they wouldn’t fix it. The technician even claimed there was a crack that could not be seen with the naked eye, while he was only using his eyes to claim this, which was absurd.
The guy became so argumentative and hostile that I had to get the Walmart manager involved. Despite being the owner, he lied about being just a worker and continued to say unethical things. Even the Walmart manager mentioned that they’ve had ongoing issues with this business and warned me they’re not a company to trust.
I took my phone elsewhere to get it fixed, and that place confirmed it was simply a bad screen. No cracks, no water damage—just poor workmanship from iFixandRepair. They refused to refund my money, and their hostility was outrageous. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth the headache! I wish I could give negative stars.

Called them around 5:30 and repair person was at my house by 7 to replace my iphone screen that had stopped responding to touch and the work was done at a fair price, much less expensive than Apple wanted to charge. The repair took roughly 20 minutes and both service and communication was exceptional. I've saved their info in my contacts in the event that I need their services again. I would highly recommend.

Horrible experience, Dropped my iphone to fix my cracked back and when I picked it up the camera stopped working. They refused liability and wanted to charge me for looking at the camera. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

/24I never updated my review because I didn't think it would be an issue but I got my screen replaced and I immediately noticed dust under the front camera. I ignored it initially because it didn't effect camera quality but now it is so full of dust I cannot take front facing photos without them being very blurry. Face unlock does not work either because of this. Extremely annoying.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Overall good transaction, staff was knowledgeable and polite. Got my Pixel 7 Pro screen fixed for the best price.

Tony helped me fix my iPhone 14 Pro Max front screen and the back because it was cracked. From the phone call to the end of the service he was delighted to help. My phone looks brand new and the price was not beatable. I asked around other places including Apple and they were close to me 1000$ which is a new phone. I recommend booking an appointment slot if you need your front and back fixed like mine just in case they are busy. 10/10 service and the phone looks brand new! Thanks Tony!
