Ali has been fantastic. He worked with us to create a very specialized wedding set and also to create a diamond pendant with an old ring. We were very satisfied with the timeline and the final jewelry. Ali went above and beyond to communicate with me and ensure the product turned out perfectly. We will continue to go to Ali and Jared for any future purchases bases off of this experience.
