No one harassed me when I entered the store. When I needed help, Miracle was right there…ready, willing and able. I was returning a pair of sneakers from Christmas and this was two days later. And everyone was still awesome!! They actually didn’t have the size, so Miracle found a store that did (Pentagon Mall) and gave us the name of the associate over there to ask for. We did just that, and the Pentagon Mall employees were equally as fast, friendly and helpful! Thank you Journey! I’m coming back!

We went in to buy shoes for my mom and found some shoes she likes but the attitude of the worker was so disrespectful that we decided to just go to a different store. We noticed that she was treating every other customer very nicely, perhaps it had something to do with us being Indian.

I liked this store. Great selection for a small store, and the employees made the sales. Energetic and friendly, helpful and accommodating.. it was a fun shop and I got a really comfy pair of sneakers from a brand I knew but not the style. Glad I stopped in.

Hours say 9am open on Google but here at 930am and it’s dark and locked up…recommend updating hours or hiring people who will open the store on time

Google shows that the store should be open at 9am during holiday hours. It’s 9:55am and the store has not opened yet. Terrible service.

Good service when trying on shoes.. however, the store clerk thought it would be funny to tell me I had insufficient funds on my card. I'm spending over 100$, don't want to deal with that.

Their manager has a really rude attitude and no respect towards a customer. I’ve been a customer to journeys for a long time. Had no issues up until now. I got shoes from this location, had a second thought and went back to change the color. During the exchange process, I asked the employee if they have any discounts, she went back to ask the manager and she said I already purchased it so it won’t apply (so I thought they do have discounts based on what she said) then I asked if I can return and do another transaction. Manager came out saying that “you’ve worn it, I can see the bottom is already dirty” fyi I literally tried it in store went home and came back. On top of that manager did not even open the box and check it. So how does she know that it was worn?? After saying I was here 30 mins ago, and she said its too much and asked me for coupon code in a really rude manner. I said I don’t have any, I just asked if you have anything like that from the previous employee who was helping me. If they said “no” in the first place I wouldn’t have mind and would continue with the process.

I was here to exchange a pair of shoes because I wanted a different color. They only had it for kid's sizes (which I can fit into), but I was incredibly hesitant on the material made for adult's sizes and kid's sizes.Jasymn was a remarkable employee who understood my issue, and reassured me to take my time to figure out which one I wanted. She went above and beyond calling stores to see if they had what I wanted, and even went to the other journeys in the mall to double check! She let me take as much time as I needed to compare the woman's and kids shoes. She was incredibly patient and very friendly!!!

Very bad I was trying on the shoes that I was going to buy, the young employee approached me, I took them off, he said to just look at them While everyone else was trying on their shoes the racist faith with me

I went to the adult store first not knowing there was a kids store. I'd never go back to the adult store they were rude and did not check in, would havre been great if she had directed us to the kids store- Both girls working today were helpful positive kind and followed up with us! They both worked together and made sure everyone in the busy store weee helped!! Thanks for making my daughter very happy! She is ready for her first day of school!!

I was having a very hard time finding Journeys that carried my size in crocs (Size 14), miss Jazmine was extremely helpful and very accommodating she even went to the back to verify different colors and styles. Amazing service ??
