Karen McGavin was a true, cool, expert in guiding and advising my recent home selling experience. As the realtor team leader she guided the effort with skilled leadership and management finesse. She was warm and pleasant work with and you knew she knew what she was doing. I was particularly impressed with her acumen regarding marketing and presentation/staging experience-based expertise. The result was a super-quick multiple bid sale substantially above the listing price. This was beyond my expectations - and very much appreciated.

Karen and her team are true professionals. I worked with her for both the purchase of my home in 2018, then again in 2025 when I sold same home. In between, she kept in touch and reached out frequently and I saw her numerous times over the years. I've moved out of the NoVA area, but if I ever move back, I'll be in touch with Karen to assist in finding my new home.

Karen and her team (especially Stacy) have a proven process for selling homes quickly and exceeding price goals for the owners. We thoroughly followed the directions provided by Karen and Stacy for getting our home ready for sale. On the 4th day after the house was actively on the market, we had an offer that exceeded our list price and it was an offer with no contingencies. We were amazed at how quickly everything happened once we had completed our tasks to get the house ready. This team is a winner!

We are so grateful to Karen and the hard work that the team of Stacy, Angie and Karen put into selling our house. It is not possible to find a more capable, more diligent and better advocate when selling a home.When we first asked Stacy to sell the house, it looked like it would be easy. The market was high and houses were selling fast. And sure enough, we had a contract almost immediately. Then a septic inspection identified a septic problem that the original builder had concealed. This problem made the house not only unsaleable, but uninhabitable.Thus started a year-long drama of trying to find an engineer, county permitting, lining up contractors, etc - all during covid when none of these people were in the office or working.My wife and I were deployed to Germany at the time, and almost completely helpless as this unfolded. The drama and uncertainty and cost started to pile up so badly that my wife would have anxiety attacks and had to stop reading about it.Thankfully, we had Stacy, Angie and Karen. I was sure that they were going to drop us. I'm sure that any other real estate agent in the world would have - told us to come back when we had a saleable house. Not only did they stick with us as this drama unfolded, but they led the coordination of all the steps necessary to sell the house. With a huge time crunch as a buyer's loan approval was going to expire and looming interest rate jumps, Stacy's team pulled off an astounding feat of getting everything done in time to close.My wife and I cannot ever properly express how grateful we are to Karen and how much we recommend her.
