Wonderful Kohl's location with good sales and wonderful staff, and the Sephora section is very nice too! Alem at the Sephora counter was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! I can't wait to come back and shop again at this specific location soon!

Year 2024 and there is no elevator or escalator working there. I had to use stairs with my broken foot to use restroom. Awful.

The escalator has been broken for months now and now the elevator is broken. You have to take a whole separate route up through the stockroom, up a flight of stairs, and through another stockroom to just get to the bathroom. What are we doing here

No one on the sales floor, long lines just to ask a question even at 2:30pm on a Wednesday and completely unhelpful. No longer carry petite sizes. Took half an hour just to get someone to tell me that I’d wasted a trip to this store. Never going back.

Escalator is out of service. Amazon returns desk wasn't open, and had a sign to go to customer service which I thought was on the 1st floor, but nope. Anyways, signs would be super helpful. Customer service has a roof sign that says "returns".
