Made a last minute appointment and thank goodness because the place was packed during lunch. Everyone was very nice, helpful and efficient. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to DREW!!! He was EXCELLENT!! I literally didn't even know he put the needle in. I let him know I have major needle phobia and he said he'd make my day..HE DID!!!

Disorganization...wait and grab the 2nd spot. The patient who arrived first went right away. My wait was over an hour...lab error...my deductible information was incorrect...with information from another patient...

The worst location of a Labcorp I've been to so far. Even with an appointment you have to wait for a long time while everyone without an appointment is being called in.
I'll make sure not to come here again.

Went in to get blood work- mind you I’m terrified of needles and i was so nervous. I do have tendency to always feel light headed and pass out. Jeanette was the absolutely and angel. I told her i was so nervous and she made sure i felt as comfortable as possible, specially since i was getting lots of tubes filled. She made me lay down( first time ever) to draw blood. She told me to breathe and tell her about myself and i didn’t feel a thing. She was kind and gentle. After she made me lay down/sit for a bit and she helped me relax. If i ever need blood work im coming to see her. She’s truly amazing and really cares about each individual.

I took my 7-month-old daughter to have her blood drawn for allergy testing after experiencing anaphylaxis. With her severe eczema and tiny veins, I was extremely nervous about the process. From the moment we walked in, everyone — from the front desk to the staff in the back — was so kind and reassuring.
The receptionist could tell I was anxious and promised to send someone who specializes in working with babies. When we were called back, my nerves were still high — until Mai walked in. She took her time, gently searching for a vein. When one arm didn't cooperate, she calmly moved to the other, never rushing or showing frustration.
After some time, she found the vein and painlessly inserted the needle. To my amazement, my baby didn't even flinch — not a single cry or sound. Throughout the entire process, Mai not only focused on my baby but also made sure I felt comfortable.
I've had experiences where technicians seem in a hurry or are so rude, but Mai's patience and kindness made all the difference. With my baby having another bad allergic reaction, we have to return for another blood test, and I'm truly hoping to see Mai again!

Exceptional experience with Tamara! Her prick is NO prick at all! She has been by far the most gentle blood drawer. She was personable, professional, and patient. Anyone who is afraid of needles or bad attitude at a blood draw, try this center and ask for Tamara!

I had an order sent here a couple weeks ago for labs I desperately need completed. They ran the wrong labs, so I had to have my doctor send the order again. I come back a week later and they can't find the order. My doctor has confirmation that it was sent and received June 21st, they just don't know where it is. So they have wasted quite a bit of my time and I still don't know how I'm going to get these labs done.

I had a standard experience when visiting a blood clinic and have no complaints except for the woman who has dark brown/black hair and glasses at the reception desk. She had a very "I couldn't care less" attitude. No smile, no warmth and I had to ask her to repeat every question she asked because she talked so quietly. And I'm REALLY not hard to please! But the ladies who drew my blood (I have horrible veins) were so nice and professional.
