If you are nervous about blood draw like me, this place is for you. The environment is very calm and clean. I made an appointment and they took me exactly on time. I requested a butterfly needle and to lie down. Both were not a problem. Tanisha did my labs quickly, professionally and easily talking to me the whole time to distract from the process. Thank you for doing what you are doing.

This is the only location you would wanna go to LabCorp for they get the prick. The first time you ask them hey whichever arm you need to pull blood do the one that’s gonna be easiest in every single time the best answer to hear back from a patient perspective is oh it doesn’t matter which one I guarantee you. I’m getting it. I like the confidence I like how fast they worked I like that they don’t get protocol. They do all the things to ensure that that’s the right patient right time and you’re in and out efficiently, Front desk is extremely attentive and polite. Unlike most providers office you go to only the provider is in a good mood. All the technicians in the phlebotomist are five star here

I had a fantastic easy experience at this location with Sherry and the front office staff. She was kind, efficient, and made the process virtually painless.
I walked in without an appointment following a doctors appointment where they had called in an order. I waited for maybe 5 minutes after checking in on the tablets. There was plenty of space to wait comfortably and the staff was working quickly and efficiently the entire time.

HORRIBLE! I received a work order for lab, from thr 3rd floor. Not only did they fail to give me a complete kid for the collection of the specimen but I had to come back the next day because they refused to take what I already had. Then when I return the second day the woman behind the counter invited I write my name in the specimen bottles. Right there on the window in front of everyone..worst experience ever!

Sherry is amazing. She is kind, patient, helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She is the best employee at LabCorp and actually cares about her patients. I have gone to this LabCorp several times, and every time the employees are kind, but even with an appointment, I do end up waiting quite a bit.

Made my appt online for a lab work for myself, no doctors recommendations or anything. The website didn’t say anything I had to have a doctor’s note for the lab to use my insurance, it just let me put my insurance information and made my appt. The day came, I checked-in with those self check-in computers, put my insurance information again and again, no doctor’s note was asked or informed. Thirty minutes later, a lady from the front desk call my name and ask, again, for my insurance and a doctor’s note, I said I don’t have any and she proceeded to tell me I couldn’t use my insurance for the appt. The reason for my complaint is for them to update their way to schedule appts with insurance and make sure the client is aware about those missing informations. All the staff seemed to be competent and nice.

Staff was kind and helpful. Wait time was 1.5 hours long but I was a walk-in. It actually worked out well for me because you are not allowed to eat or drink at least an hour before h pylori breath test which I wasn’t aware of because I was coming in for blood work and never took the breath test before. People with appointments were seen almost immediately after coming in (30mins wait max) so if you set up an appointment then you should have a great experience.

My blood boils at their incompetence. Had name called like three times when it wasn’t my turn and then they would call other people up and say no they are before you. I know my review won’t change anything but whoever is taking in our money at least try

Was at the Javier location in Fairfax yesterday September 9,2025 And my service was Awesome 👌 Tanisha was friendly, nice, just great service to My 82 year old Mother don't hurt at all I would take the drive again 45min away for her service Thank-you Tanisha!!!

Was greeted with respect, the digital check with the license was super easy, Tanisha drew my blood and I was in and out under 30 minutes!

We came in for bloodwork for our 4 year old daughter and she was terrified to say the least but Fred was beyond amazing and made her feel safe and comfortable. He was so pleasant and helpful. This man needs a raise!
