It's small so they only have the basics plus a few other items. Free shipping if you order from the store and are spending less than the current free shipping offer

I have a beautiful coat I purchased at Lands End and it has lasted me years!! Absolutely obsessed with their clothing line and will be returning to purchase more as they quality is always top tier

PRO: Feels like a nice store with friendly staff. The quality of product is generally good.
CON: Lands End RETURN POLICY is a deal breaker. The charge for any return other than a store... and as of today the store store is not accepting any type of return.
There are too many other shopping options which do not put my money at risk.
Recommend: Sadly I no longer recommend this store.

I have been buying Land’sEnd product for more than 10 years. Excellent quality. It’s still one of the brands that offer a good variety of all cotton products.

Gathered an armload for my mom and myself, was obviously searching for something, but never greeted or asked if I needed help or even a fitting room! In the 20 min I was wandering throughout the women’s half of the store, one woman at the rear computer (assume it was an employee, but who knows?) spent that time talking to a customer but not ringing anything up. Never even glanced around. No one at the front registers the entire time. So whoever was scheduled for 11:30-12:00 on 10/08/24 lost a potential first-time customer and approx $450 sale. I do NOT recommend this store.

Bait and switch. Waited two weeks for delivery, just to be told its on back order. It wasnt on back order when they took money. Now trying to hold onto funds with no product. poor customer support as well. Called they said "its getting shipped today". then to find out its on back order???
