Came here today to exchange my hat and was kindly helped by Jalen. He talked me into embroidery my new hat. They have a vast selection of baseball caps, authentic jerseys with any color combo you can think of. Excellent customer service and a loyalty program are alll a plus!

I’ve tried several times to go shop here during the listed business hours, but each time I go by, the place is the only store in the mall that is closed. Lights out and the bars down

Walking through the mall decided to stop in and pick up a couple of hats and he told me if I didn't have exact change that my change would be kept so I rounded down and he was like I won't execpt it and it was before lunch so I was like if you needed change why woulded you get that before opening when you knew you was out the day before. Needless to say I lefted and would probably order off line.

This shop just sells ball caps, i tend to by just plain ones of various colors. Usually several to last about a year. In the past, the shop has been decent enough to go. The last time, the over-the-top tattooed guy who sold me the hats was like some caricature from a Tarrantino movie. Talking in what I assumed was some tough guy street lingo as if he were auditioning for the part of some pusher. Overall, if you are wanting a ball cap-this is the go-to place. If your lucky, you might also get some entertaining grammar slaughtering clerk to wait on you.

This place is always closed at all times of the day. Not sure what kind of management they have here.

3rd weekend in a row I’ve wasted my time coming to this location only for the doors to be closed and no sign as to why. Been a loyal customer for many years but I’m no longer spending my money with this location.

Won’t be doing business with this place again and will stick with real embroidery shops. I settled for work due to last minute things for an event and the hat I wanted to gift was not something I would have sold to anyone. I decided not to purchase if it couldn’t be discounted as the part of a letter was not threaded and it looked like a green marker was used in place of it. My other two hats came out ok but this place is limited.

2 days before Christmas, Google hours show they close at 9pm. Arrive at 7:30pm. Employee inside, but gate down and store closed. Came to the mall specifically to buy a hat as a gift. Never coming back.

5/9/21 Upon entering, I was by an employee who was able to answer my question about the short flat hats I have been seeing people wearing. Ever since I was informed as a kid how wearing your hat flat is uncool and how old people only do this stuck in my mind. Today the old man at age 44 is me. I still don't see the short flat bill of baseball or (American) football hat attractive. It would seem now adays that the teeny boppers to adults have changed their minds about what is cool and what fits. Old school is the new school and back and forth we go...example...Jeans are out and tights or leggings are in. Guys get more options on sweat pants vs jeans. I am digressing again. The Baltimore Ravens hats o like are stretch hats without the gap in the back. I like these hats, but wearing glasses with a ball cap doesn't look good on me at times. Yeah, I know sometimes I get over this stupid idea/thought, but other times no. The employee wasn't much of a talker, but if you ask hime a question, you will get an answer to your question. The ambience in the store is at a 50/50 level. Still if I want to get a all black Baltimore Ravens cap or a Black and Purple cap, I know where to go.

Experience was terrible at this Lids location. The person working and closing the store today 10/35/2020 was absolutely the worst. There was no warm welcome, he did not ask me if I needed help, and rejected my exchange and said “I can’t accept this dog”. I came back, to the store a few mins later, to find out he closed the store about 10 mins before the scheduled closing time of 6pm.
