I needed some small gift set and I was in a hurry, but sale assistant was very kind and helpful. The way how she was helping me really calmed me. I got a gift set which was wrapped in very beautiful box. Thank you soo much for the young lady who helped me 🫶🏻

I visited to buy a gift..I don't remember the name of the employee who helped me, but she was very kind and sensible.I told him it was a gift, and he packaged it in a box and gave it to me in a paper bag with a little bit of lemon perfume sprinkled on it.It was very touching.

Made special trip to return defective product and purchase other needed hair products. Posted hours 11 am to 7 pm. It's now 11:30 and store is dark with no sales person in sight. Called customer service and told to just wait another 30 minutes and see if it opens or come back/go to another location. Not a good service recovery to say the least!

The girl working Tuesday December 6th evening was very kind to my mother and I and resolved our order issues. Overall the brand is worthy of the cost, I’ve had positive impressions of their stores staff and presentation. The products do what they are advertised to do. ?

The service at this store is hit and miss. I went a couple of months ago and met a beautiful woman who was so knowledgable and kind that she even helped me decide what gift to give a friend that was going through a rough relationship. I decided to visit this past weekend (12/3/22) and there were three women, 1 older 2 others younger- who didn't even acknowledge me when I walked into the store and went to one of their displays. I had to ask for help, and when I asked the older woman for advice she said "sorry, I haven't been working here very long". I got something nonetheless and am happy with the items, but knowing it was a gift I had to ask for a gift box. It's so sad that this retailer had to hire 3 people to do a less than substandard job. This is why you MUST hire great employees and keep them. Mind you, these are TINY stores; there is no way a customer could be overlooked unless it was intentional. I'm guessing from the looks of this mall that this store will also be closed. It's depressing because Fair Oaks was becoming a respectable mall just before the pandemic hit. SAD.

Had the most horrible customer service experience at their fair oaks store yesterday around 1pm and walked out forever from Loccitane as I was shopping for more then 107 dollars and the lady was clueless and abnoxious. Good bye loccitane

Lower level near Macy's. Store is well organized and friendly staff. Always stocked well with favorites (Shea butter lotion, Lavender bubble bath!) and new stuff comes in seasonally.
