All the staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. Walked in, no greeting, no assistance, and the staff hold private conversations in the dressing room and near the cashier desk, completing ignoring customers. Would not recommend.

Called Lululemon customer support as I got a gift from my friend but it had the security tags on it still. Was told that I did not need a receipt or order number so went to this store to get it off. Was told that they needed my order number or the receipt which I did not have. Called customer support again as I wasted time to drive and was told that is weird and should not have happened.

Walked in, no one spoke…three employees just hanging at the front but none spoke and I’m not sure why. Even walked to the back to check for an item and the fitting rooms attendant was just on her phone - didn’t look up beyond a glance and still didn’t speak. Customer service has went WAY down hill since my days in retail.

I have always gone to this Lululemon location in the Mosaic shopping center for 7 years now. It's not as it used to be. Cashiers are rude and unfriendly. I have to come back to return the item because they forgot to remove the security tag. It's not my fault if someone is doing their job right. I don't have to deal with the rude cashier. The cashier's duty on 7/5/25 at 2:15 pm. Be nice and if you don't like your job Quit! They can put more people in who deserve the job. To Lululemon I always love your products please tell the people who works with you to be more professional and courteous. Rude people don’t belong to your company. Thank you.

I love this location. I shop a lot at Lululemon and sometimes the customer service is hit or miss but at Mosaic, the customer service is fantastic. Linda (I hope I remembered her name correctly), actually remembered me from a prior visit and she went out of her way to try to find an item that I was looking for. She went well above and beyond What I could’ve expected. She’s fabulous!

Called in advance to make sure product was in store since I live over an hour away. Sales associate CONFIRMED item was in store so hopped in my car and drove an hour just for me to get there and ask for said product and all sales associates acting like they have no idea and told me “oops, maybe you called the wrong store, sorry there’s nothing we can do.” Awful customer service experienced today and will not come back to this location. Do better.

This is our favorite Lululemon store. The product display looks great and staff are friendly and professional. Especially, Meagan helped me with a fitting room and she was so kind, knowledgeable and super helpful to find a right size! Will visit again.

My 11 yr old daughter had an amazing customer service experience at the Mosaic District location. I'm not sure the names of the amazing ladies who made the experience memorable but from entrance to checkout the team was on point. We will definitely be back in the future. My kid got VIP service in more ways than one.
