Always receive friendly helpful service from the staff! Utilizing the alteration process at Lululemon is very convenient. As we all know, Lululemon clothing is always made with the highest quality materials.

I had a super odd experience when I went to the store regarding a Quality Problem (QP), and the manager kept arguing with me. They don't believe it's a quality issue and show no empathy. I've never encountered such a situation in Lululemon customer service. I still don't understand how they can sell such expensive pants with so many quality problems.

Mosaic Lulu is one of my favs. Ladies are always nice, great location and I’m never disappointed when I’m there, but I do leave broke lol.

Came here for a hemming (per lulu policy that you can go any store to get pants hemmed) and was told it's too busy due to understaffing and can't hem. It was definitely very busy. The staff who told me was polite about it, but I was pretty surprised there was only two people working. This is completely a management problem for not putting enough staff on a busy holiday week (or finding someone to fill in for people who are out) - not a good look.

This afternoon, I lost my phone and tried to borrow one from others on the street to call my husband, but no one was willing to help. I came into this store, where two employees assisted me. I was quite emotional, perhaps due to earlier rejections on the street, ( or the rainy weather), I m sorry for crying, thank you for helping me, really appreciate your kindness and warm hearts.

For having such pricey clothes, you would think that they would have decent customer service, but no. Inflexible return policies, as a number of other one-star comments have attested, backed up by uncaring staff. Forgot your receipt? Tough. Try to return something after 31 days? Tough. Lost tag, even though obviously unworn? Tough. Gift receipt? Tough. Store credit only. Compare that to policies in a place like REI, and I don’t know why anyone would want to shop here.

I bought a gift card for my daughter in law's birthday on September 11th, 2023. I was charged on my cc on the same day. She never received her digital card. I sent text messages to the service but no response; I also called the 1-877 number spoke to someone that said they would reissue the gift card. It is now September 20th and still no card still no feed back. Anyone even thinking of purchasing a digital gift card or certificate from their website should be very careful. I am OUT $150.00 and still nothing. I've called Several times, I've texted. I am now posting this so someone else will not be conned by this store. Lululemon should be ASHAMED of themselves for stealing from people!! This platform asks for a star rating in order to post, since ZERO is not an option I'll put a one; but be aware.

I always find wonderful clothing items whenever I am here. Mosaic is my favorite Lulu. The staff is great! My fav ia Christina. She has a smile and sweet demenor for all who come in. Atmosphere is a fun upbeat party where the colors & designs pop. It does nit disappoint any time of year. Comfortable clothes that can be daily wear or just workout to workplace. Need help? Someone is always there with fit knowlege and the best well rounded opinion for looking great!I love Lulu & all the years I have been living Lulu Namaste

Terrible customer service. We purchased several hundrd dollars worth of items, one didn't fit so we tried to return. We were given a flat no, they couldn't be bothered to help!

The staff here love pets! Nearly every time I walked past their store with my puppy, I was warmly invited inside -- I became a regular customer because of their hospitality. They even went as far as to clean up after my puppy after she had an accident. Great atmosphere and great people!

I had been window shopping in this store for sometime. The need arised to purchase some work clothing. Upon arrival inside the store I was greeted with amazing helpful employees. The fitting room service was top notch. After some sizing I settled on a pair of ABC Slim-Fit Pant 34" Utilitech. So far the quality and look of these pants are nothing short of amazing. Flexible enough to swing a leg over a motorcycle. I will be back to grow my lululemon collection.

Super odd experience here. My partner and I frequent the area, and came in to do some returns and shopping. While my partner was waiting for me to be done in the fitting room, she got asked by the store manager to hand over her returns bag while an associate took it to the back out of sight making a claim the tags on the clothes will set off some sensors and put the clothes back in inventory or something.After a few minutes the bag was brought back out as if someone had gone through it. My assumption is that it was to check for stealing and check the clothes against the receipts in the bag. I guess to their surprise, we hadn’t stolen anything. And in fact we were buying MORE.We spend A LOT of money in this Lululemon and this was truly a disheartening event, and honestly very tacky by the leaders in the store. We knew what you were doing - you’re not clever.
